Great visit with Dr. Chen and staff. Very kind and knowledgeable!

I just wanted to say that Dr. Hasoon is a miracle worker. I've been having issues with chronic pain and he's been by my side for a couple years now and I did want to give positive feedback to the doctor that came in before Dr. Hasoon. I think he's doing his residential there. He figured out with just a few words of me telling him what was wrong what nerve was actually causing the pain, which I was amazed by because after I did research, every symptom is there. So I wanted to say thank you to him as well. I didn't get his name. He probably did tell me, but I just couldn't remember right now.

I saw multiple employees walking around and watching instagram reels on their phones at full volume. It was unprofessional and annoying.

UT Physicians are the best in Houston. I use UT Physicians for all my medical issues.

I went ER WHMC in Lufkin, PCP office did a phone call visit, didn't have the ER info, asked about area of pain in my side, ER gave me copy of my blood work before I checked out. PCP couldn't see me, I brought my ER PW, gave it to Martin Suell, he checked it told me my Platelets were low. He had already checked our EKGs, Nurse notes. Martin went conferred with Dr McPherson and both came in, went over both our records said getting me appt to see Dr Idowu (Nunley sees Dr Idowu). They're great

Dr. Swati Pradeep and her team have been amazing as well as a great resource in regards to Joan's total care. I can honestly say that Dr. Pradeep has been a wonderful blessing.

I would like to say that the staff from the front to the back is very professional, very caring, very knowledgeable, very professional. They listen, they take their time, they make you feel very important and like that you are the only one in the office. Never rushed, always have time. They're kind and compassionate. I love them all. They're wonderful. I love coming there. The office is clean. Everyone's very friendly, very kind, caring, and very professional. And I love Dr. D. He is amazing with his staff. They all are very amazing from the front to the back. 1000% I would definitely recommend my family and friends to the Katie Neuroscience Center. Thank you.

Worst experience I've ever had with a Dr. waited over an hour to be seen. Then Resident came in and put fear inside said she was getting the Dr and never did. I got there at 1:50 and got seen at 3:05. Then still had to wait. Never going to UT Physicians again. Lady with pink shoes was rude. Worst experience ever. Never again.

This was my first visit to Dr. Zebda's office. Everything went well. I won't hesitate to see her again should any ENT issue arise.
