The Geriatric and Palliative Medicine program has been developed to provide comprehensive specialty care targeted toward the needs of frail elderly persons. Our program is designed to include patients with memory or functional deficits; individuals with social situations that impact their care, those with mobility problems or stroke victims; those who require long term pain control and victims of elder abuse and neglect.
