It took longer to drive, park and walk up to the office, than to be seen by the doctor we were in the consultation less than 5 minute and to just be told what I already knew was going on with my child. no real answers or new information was given.
I felt like it was very rushed. Doctor was rushing. The doctor came into the room, not knowing what was going on with my son. I feel like they should at least know who and what they are treating. I was cleaning my son's nose after the nasal procedure because he was bleeding which was expected and a lady was at the door waiting for us to leave to put in the next patient. She did not even clean the room before putting the other patient in.
Thank you to the amazing clinic and staff!
The appointment felt very rushed. When the doctor came into the room before he even really got close to my child, he already said he didn't see anything. That was before he looked in her mouth or anything like it. I did not feel any level of confidence that he properly evaluated her. I had to insist on a more in-detail exam. I will likely go somewhere else for a second opinion to make sure my daughter is in the clear because I do not trust the rushed job this particular doctor provided.
The nurses in charge have no kindness or empathy. My daughter vomited in the office and the nurse waited for me to clean up.
Dr. Jiang listened to all my concerns and questions regarding my child's health. He was knowledgeable and precise with the medication he provided. My child's health has improved under his care. [...].
Dr. Jiang and the administration team were awesome and helpful!
The MD was in and out within 5 mins. Didn't do anything. Waste of being on a waiting list for 3 months to get an appointment.
I hope next time or with other patients that he has patience 'cause he was getting aggravated with my child. You were able to just see it in his eyes.
I was recommended for my son to have a sleep apnea study, but the orders have not yet been sent over to the sleep study lab. I called to the office to get these orders, but I have not heard back from anybody. I'm still waiting to see how I can get the testing recommended order, but am having issues getting follow-up questions answered.
Dr. Jiang took time to listen to all of our questions and answered them thoroughly. He answered my daughter's questions in an age appropriate manner
Dr. Jiang ENT and his team are highly personal, professional, knowledgeable, and outstanding practitioners. I know my son was in excellent hands in Dr. Jiang's care. My son has been having issues with his sinuses for a long time. Dr. Jiang actively listens and takes into consideration parental points of view. I would not bring our son to another practitioner for ENT care aside from Dr. Jiang.
I loved the experience I had with this office. The doctor listened to my concerns and treated my son respectfully and carefully. Completely loved my experience here.
Thank you
The provider has poor bedside manner. He was not allowing me to provide my child's medical history and at one point was even going to turn my child away even though his pediatrician gave the recommendation. It wasn't until the audio doctor put in the recommendation for the tubes, but the doctor would not hear me out and then without even like telling me anything about the process like rushed us out of the room.
Everything was fine, I just wish there was a translator at the time of the appointment, so I could speak much better, since I don't speak English. The translation was on the computer.
Even though the waiting room was a little packed it took them no time to call on us. We were in and out. The vibe of the office was very welcoming.
Well, the wait time was fine, I didn't wait that long. Well, I also arrived on time. The thing that I didn't like is that the visit was very fast, like the nurse and the Doctor seemed like they were in a hurry. The nurse, I speak Spanish, English and Spanish, my English is not like it wasn't, but I can talk and she didn't expect me to wait or that we were going to bring a translator and that, like, okay, I can explain and she wasn't there, she just got up and like that.
I had a terrible experience with this facility as well as the doctor.
The last minute scheduling of the hearing test was insane. Long wait time and no discussion with me as if no regard for my time.
I was happy with the presentation that was done for my grandchild. The only problem I had was that I was late for the hearing test and now I have to wait three months to just have his hearing test before the next procedure has to be done on him. So right now that is the only thing that I am kind of upset about.
We had our questions answer. Thank you for listening to us. [...] Thank you
[...] he's the worst doctor that we've seen for our child. He helped us in no way. And he was extremely, extremely rude. He did. He even mentioned that, oh, it's not cancer, that it can be cured. Like that's not how you talk to people. Right. And when I asked how can we avoid ear infections in our kid, if there are any, you know, measures that we can take to provide the ear infection, his answer was, yeah, you can sit home and take care of your child and not send him to daycare. That was his response. [...]
He didn't communicate with me and my son , he came in and was out in 2minutes without speaking to me about anything
The stuff not friendly, they didn't know why we was there I had to ca the general pediatrician who sent the referral. To me it sound like they was telling me anything
All excellent
Very nice n friendly
At the beginning, I felt rushed. Like he was just trying to get us in and out of there. Coming in, he just off the bat said, you know, she hadn't been in in a while. He didn't even know why she was there. Like I say, the visit felt rushed. I had to stop and ask questions, try to find out a solution instead of him giving solutions. And even though he didn't have her previous records, he wasn't trying to get tests to try to get records to see where she was at with her hearing. I just felt like it was just a rushed visit.
The one thing I would change is that I go, if the patient is going there because of ear, nose and throat problems, their weight should not be a discussion during the appointment. That is what weight loss doctors are for.
This doctor is a 0 out of 10 for me. I did not like them at all; they could not tell me anything about my child. Additionally, they couldn't provide any reassurance or suggest where I should take my child for his condition. In my experience, going to this doctor was pointless; they didn't explain anything or provide any information. [...] Honestly, there should be fewer doctors like this who are so unpassionate about their profession. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
