The visit to me is meaningless. I was about to have an annual exam, but since the team heard I had an accident during work recently. They shifted the focus. Without knowing enough of my cases, the doctor directly told me hiring a lawyer to sue a company is not good. People will ended up with no employer to hire them in the future. And the doctor said my headache due to the accident was purely due to my attitude. She did not check the other parts of my body, but still charged me. I was treated unprofessionally and the conversation with her does not work the money.

The entire staff was awesome with excellent customer service. The technician that performed my ultrasound was very considerate and kind throughout the process . I had 2 appointments one at 11;00 and another at 1:30 and a staff member insisted on going out of her way to show me a facility where I could get something to eat in the event that I needed lunch. And Dr Coogam she was absolutely awesome by providing me with detailed information concerning my visit. She made me feel at ease and patiently answered all my questions with precise details The quality of care that she provided me with was not only professional but she made me feel like my needs was her full concer and she reached out to me like I was not just her person but a human

Dr. Wong is very exceptional. I had an issue with the medical assistant. I don't know if maybe she was having a bad day, but I had to call the supervisor. She gave me attitude from the time the name was called, from the time we went to the back, and I had to report her. That was so unprofessional. And I work in the medical field, and I know how it can be stressful, but you don't go back and forth with the patient nor the patient's company or family member. She was very argumentative. She was very debative. And me trying to be nice, it didn't work at all. It seemed like it added more fuel to the fire, me being nice to her. And I had to go to a supervisor, [...]. Maybe that's not the field for her. And I think that sometimes maybe the MAs need to be more careful.
