There is no sufficient experience from this doctor...she made my children's eczema face and body look worse....
The doctor is very kind but unfortunately they don't always give the most in depth information.
All the staff are very nice, attentive, and caring. Thank you UT for having my child as a patient.
Everything is perfect.
It was great
Amazing team!
Dr Shahab went out of her way to explain things to us.
The provider, I feel like did not accurately give a good reading to my child or properly diagnose him. All they kind of did was look at him and told him that he had autism. Nothing furthermore, no specialist or anything. They referred me to a specialist, but they weren't 100% sure if he has autism. They just kind of assumed that for my child because he wasn't talking and only saying one word or phrases instead of two, but he talks at home. My child talks very well. He counts from one to 10 and he knows his colors. The provider just does not know my child at all. I don't believe my child has autism. He is not autistic.
Hello, [...] I visited you, UT Healthcare. It was a good place and they, the staff, was really kind people. They respond to us good and I agree with them. Thank you.
Thank you very much. She is very kind. I would not change my son's doctor for anyone.
All the staff is very friendly
I love all of the staff. Everyone at the front desk is always sweet and helpful. All the medical staff in back is always very nice and professional. For this particular visit, [...] did the vaccinations so quickly and smoothly. She was done before I knew it and it was awesome. Dr. Shahab always listens to little things I'm worried about as a new parent and relays information in a way that is reassuring and understandable.
It was a pleasant experience, thank you.
I paid to go see this doctor for her to not be able to to help and refer me out
Yeah, the provider was a good listener. She was okay. She listened to everything we said. She gave good advice. So I would recommend that for anybody that needs a doctor for their kids. She's a good doctor.
Having a medical student at the clinic is a good addition while waiting to see the doc.
Dr. Shahab and staffs are very nice and friendly.
They are doing a great job
The doctor just wants you to go in and out doesn't even try to give more test results
Very nice. Very Appreciate to get the appt (as my son's other pedi was out and other office did not have an appt). Clean facility
It was good, and nice service
Everyone in the office was nice and friendly and welcoming. We were in and out in an appropriate time. I am most certainly considering transferring permanently to the location. If not, already have determined that I will be transferring from our previous UT location to this location. Everyone was great. Thank you again.
I think it's ridiculous to ask me to have 2 parents to get treatment for my children when none of the other women with children wasn't asked the same thing!! It shouldn't be different because I'm a single father with children!!! And if so that should have been said before I made the two hour drive!!
It is very difficult to be with a translation machine. I did not feel comfortable and they asked my children many questions. [...] I am their mother. I understood everything they said. It was more or less
I did appreciate the provider for making eye contact and talking to me, I am a new grandmother taking care of an infant so I had lots of questions. It was impressive she reviewed the babies chart prior to coming into the room. The entire office did a great job!
Great experience for my child and I. Thank you!
Everyone was super nice and welcoming. The front desk staff were great. The staff in back were really sweet. We were late and were still seen. The process was relatively quick.
MD service was excellent. The nurse communicated really good, the front office did too. The doctor did more than beyond to make sure that the kids get in their good weight. She also suggested stuff to do, but out of all MD appointments, MD did really good on the service, especially communicating when it comes to the health of my kids.
Friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Amazing experience
