Dr. Chen was amazing. She took her time with me and definitely took great care of me.
The doctor didn't sit there and take the time to answer for the questions, to answer my questions that I had and she didn't do a thorough examination on my daughter. It was like maybe five minutes or three minutes that she evaluated my daughter. I really wanted her to do further testing but I don't think she went to that extent. I think she just rushed us in and left and didn't say much of anything except we don't need to see her anymore. Very short and brief.

We love Dr. Chen, she's always energetic and kind. She remembers us well and all our past conversations as if my daughter was her only patient. She keeps us informed and talks us through everything, answers all our questions and we feel very at ease and happy when we visit her. She's also very knowledgeable and we can tell she loves what she does. The receptionist when we check in are also kind. We always feel like family when checking in. They remember us and check in is always a breeze.
