Dr. Tran is exceptional. Every time we have had to meet with her, she goes above and beyond to make sure that we understand what she's explaining to us in terms of diagnosis and next steps for treatment. She's been super genuinely friendly and easy to work with. She sets the standard, which sadly isn't being met by everyone, but she's always such a pleasure to work with, and I really, really appreciate having her as my neurologist.

Much better than what I expected!

My experience with Dr. Tran was very good. She is a good listener and I appreciate that as I have had headaches of one kind or another for 3 decades. As for your UT website, it is difficult to use and I think it needs major repairs. Impossible to even send a message which irks me to no end. I avoid it now.

Dr. Tran and her team have been very responsive and above all, I have truly appreciated Dr. Tran had made extra effort to see me within a short fuse request due to my upcoming extended travel plan. Again, many millions of thanks to Dr. Tran for her truly caring and made time seeing me!

The medical doctors in general today really don't treat you with an overall view of what are potentially the root causes that could be related to your medical issues and aren't able to treat a patient without always wanting to give you a prescription drug to either mask the real issues you are experiencing and/or to move you along because they really aren't tuned in or have the time to care about what the patient is medically experiencing. This way of practicing medicine with having to go to so many specialists that seem to pass the buck to your GP to fix your issues and going back and forth with no real viable solution to fix the issues. Instead, everyone just wants to write a prescription and move along. We are in a real crisis and need to fix the medical doctor patient experience because it's really broken today. This is a reflection of most doctors and specialists today from having to experience many of them the last couple of years. Every single one of them are so ready to just write a prescription to mask the issues and not really trying to figure out what is the root cause.

Dr Tran is an excellent doctor

Dr. Tran was great and very in depth. Her assistant was extremely kind to me as well. I was having bad anxiety and her assistant helped me a lot with that. I left that appointment with greater knowledge of my condition and feeling better.

Dr. Tran is always attentive. She answers all my questions and concerns.

Dr. Tran is fantastic! I wish all physicians were as kind and took the time to help me understand my care plan the way she does. She doesn't use medical terms that I don't understand and if she does, she always explains what it means in a way a non-medical professional can understand. She communicates effectively so that I always know what is going on and what to expect. She is one of the few physicians I actually look forward to seeing. If I need care, I don't want anyone other than Dr. Tran.
