Mr. Cook was nice, patient, and inviting. He appeared knowledgeable in what he told me about my child's symptoms. However, from the moment he held my 3 month daughter I felt as if he didn't know how to care for a baby. I immediately felt very uncomfortable with his ability or inability to hold a baby. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, thinking that as a provider he was checking on areas I was not familiar with. Mr. Cook was trying to sit her and held her by her hips. My daughter had poor neck, head, and trunk control and needs to help from the back and neck. My baby went back as I expected and got extremely scared. She cried quite a bit. Mr. Cook may have been checking on something but he did not share what he was observing or looking for. I don't think he meant to harm my baby but what happened was very scary. He also had her sitting on the end of the bed/chair and she could've fallen. Mr. Cook was very apologetic and I feel he knew that what he did was wrong. I just recommend Mr. Cook be more careful with babies.

Spoke with a manager about the WORST experience and how unethical the Nurse Practitioner was. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with UT like yesterday. I will NEVER go back to Mr. Cook again.

The office and provider were kind enough to see us early when we had mixed up the appointment time. The office was very friendly and the provider very thorough.
Dr. Cook was friendly, easy to talk to, thorough and showed genuine care and concern for my son. He also treated my son with dignity and spoke to him directly to get his input. Everyone in the office was great!
Love this facility. I transferred both my children to your clinic to manage there healthcare.

There is no timely follow up in prescription management. He upped the dosage during the meeting but it's a week later and he still hasn't notified the pharmacy and my child is running out of medicine. I'm not sure what the problem is. I've called the office twice and both times they tell me he's going to send it but I'm still waiting.
He was very helpful and very informative. Also, he was willing to listen and just answer any questions we had. We kind of felt good about the visit afterwards and he was just a great doctor.
Thank you to the staff with Dr William Cook for the best advice & care. You were the Dr that found my son had a cysts growing by his ear so grateful to you. You were able to be very thorough with tests & treat my son for the seizures Thanks so much for your patience & care you give
As a mother, I feel at ease at UT Physicians. The medical care is specialized and thorough. Every detail is important for the future well-being of their patients. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. I feel that my son's health is in good hands.

I was unable to make the request 3 month follow requested by the provider with the front desk because she said she doesn't schedule appointments for the TMC location!! She was not very helpful.

The receptionists were excellent, but the provider was not very informative and he didn't really ask us much questions and he was kind of rich through the whole thing. I felt like it could have been more better.
He waited 20 minutes to call me when I wasn't able to connect as there was no video link in MyChart. He was very unprofessional and sounded extremely uncertain like he didn't know what he was doing. Didn't matter because I only needed the EEG that other doctors had ordered but only in clinic and we needed inpatient for my son's needs. He said no I didn't need that and the med wasn't a good choice they were going to start. Didn't seem like someone I could really trust with my child's care. Said he would talk to the MD and call me back to let me know. Later I got a call for a follow up and said to wait until I found out what we were doing as we hadn't even finished the appointment. He still hasn't called back or sent a message or anything. It was a complete waste of time. Definitely wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
The provider and everyone else were lovely and kind, however, we were very disappointed that we waited months for this appointment and drove an hour, only for nothing to be done with our daughter and left with still no answers to her condition. We were only verbally confirming our same concerns that yielded the appointment, but no testing or observations were done as we were under the impression it would be. It was honestly something that could have been done over the phone. Now we have to wait even longer for answers. That's very unfortunate especially since we are dealing with concerns of her brain. We just wish her appointment was made on a day her testing could have be done as well. We're praying her appointment for testing can be made very soon.
Love loved him and my daughter being a tough teenager well SHE LOVED HIM AND WENT FROM EXTREMELY NERVOUS TO EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE and at ease and laughed with home throughout her visit thank you
