Dr Kaul was great - thank you. I am doing much better and really appreciated her seeing me so quickly and for her guidance. Would definitely recommend.
The resident, Abby, spent more time with us than Dr Kaul. Per my husband, James Clyde, he thought the trip was a "waste of time." His PT, Allyson, sent a long letter about him, which was in the system. She feels that vision therapy is a must for him. Nothing was said about that but ordered an auditory test to be done in late July.
The medical student that collected my history was very thorough and polite. She has excellent bedside care and will be a great doctor. I appreciate the doctor taking the time to go over my hearing test results. She showed me once the surgery is complete where I can anticipate my hearing to be potentially restored to. Very nice! The surgery scheduler was polite and informative. She worked with me to find a good date based on my schedule. The handouts were very detailed and I feel well prepared for my upcoming surgery.
The Dr was going to give me some medicine but I don't have it yet
Great place to go!! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable
Always a great experience
Excellent service
The appointment took too long....I was waiting to see the doctor for a long time.
It was easy and pleasant
Dr. Kaul was extremely attentive to my situation and offerred new information and a plan going forward. I am grateful for her expertise. Also, her resident was very kind and professional.
Every one was great
It is meet new doctor.
Efficient & caring- listened well
I couldn't ask for a better experience. They got me in very quickly and out. And all of my concerns was answered. Thank you very much. The people that work there is very friendly also.
Dr Vivian Kaul and Dr Jacques Morcos We're both extremely knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Both of these doctors are extremely easy to talk to and get the information that you need. Would highly recommend these doctors to anyone with the situation I have.
Dr and all staff are caring , respectful and dedicated professionals. May GOD bless them Amen
I like the way they treated me and the attention they gave me.
no solution....just a lot of questions. I do not agree with doctor's opinion of vertigo. Several doctors have said I have vertigo (had tests to prove I do). She said I don't have vertigo but had no idea what I do have. I am scheduled to have a "dizziness" test which I plan to cancel. If I am spinning around of course I will be dizzy. Sorry this didn't work out!
Simply thank you for the attention received.
It hurt! Lol
Promptness and efficient
All the staff are very friendly, responsible and very efficient.
I was a new patient and I think Dr. Kual was kind enough to take me on as a patient. I had very little wait time. She and Dr. Gong were very informative and knowledgable. I trust them to take care of my ear. I've only had four doctors take care of my ear since I had my first operation on it at Hermann Hospital in 1966. Dr. Kual will hopefully be my last doctor.
They were very nice and she worried about what I felt and thought
I had to wait half an hour in a room. It was same for my previous visit. I think visits can be arranged in a better organized way.
Dr Kaul is very attentive and provides thorough information while making you feel your problem is the only case she's working on. I really appreciate her overseeing my case and her bedside manner. A++ surgeon/physician.
The staff there was great, but the doctor was very non-professional with me. She didn't tell me nothing and had me waiting real long. Thank you.
This is [...]. The intern and the provider probably need to visit with each other so that each gives the same information to the client. For instance, the intern suggested that just cleaning my ears with water, hot water, would be sufficient to clean wax. The physician, Dr. Vivian Kahl, had a different opinion altogether. They should just visit with each other. Thank you.
Thanks, everything went as planned
Dr. Kaul is an outstanding physician, personable, competent and interested in helping her patients.
