Sean McDougall, FNP was fantastic. I got emotional because of the pain, and he was very understanding and kind. Seemed truly interested in me, the work I do, and getting me the care I needed. Dr. Vishal Shah is top notch as well. Very kind - it was a quick but informative visit. Dr. Shah seemed pretty certain what my injury is - just waiting on an MRI. I am grateful to have Dr. Shah as my orthopedist.

Parking & construction are a bit conjested on site & on the street beside the building. Possibly suggest which lot is most likely to have open parking.

I especially like that the entire office respects my time. My appt was at 1:00 pm, I was seen within minutes of my arrival. I really appreciate that. I make my appointments during my lunch hour.

Dr. Shah and his staff answered all questions and provide the options available to treat my lower leg. I was very pleased with the entire process. When the time comes that I choose to have the hardware removed, I will definitely return to Dr. Shah.

Feb 6, 2025

The doctor was nice when he came in. He was very attentive. However, it felt that after surgery was no longer on the table, we didn't have enough preventative measures told to us and precautions to look out for on ways to not make it worse. And the injection on the arm and the shoulder was done by the nurse practitioner instead of the doctor. A lot of the conversation was between the nurse practitioner and us. I just felt that there should have been a lot more information about things to look out for, other things like that. It was just a very surface conversation about what the treatment options are. But once surgery was off the table, it didn't feel like there was enough effort.

The person collecting my health history was rushing me and didn't allow time for complete answers. I know my record is incomplete because I am a healthcare provider who collect and input information for patient charts. I didn't want to keep interrupting the person as it was obvious she just wanted to finish "her part" and leave. She had her back to me during most of the interview.

Everyone in Dr. Shah's office provided a very friendly environment. They appeared to show genuine concern for my wellbeing! Shawn, NP, was extremely kind and answered all my questions. I really appreciated his knowledge and support! Thank you!

Jan 28, 2025

Yes, I saw the Dr. Shah's assistant. He was very good, very thorough. I thought he really cared. And the only thing that happened was they were running about 30 to 45 minutes behind and I just wish they would have called to tell me that being that I live almost an hour away. But the experience in the office, the help that I got for my knee was amazing. Tell everyone thank you.

Jan 28, 2025

Dr Shah was extremely professional and he answered all my questions and explained in detail the workings of the actual knee hardware that is to be used during the surgery. I couldn't be happier with my first appointment.
