Veronica O. Sarvi, a certified nurse practitioner, was born and raised in Houston. She completed her master’s degree at UTHealth Houston. Before becoming a family nurse practitioner, Sarvi worked as a registered nurse for seven years.
Sarvi joined the Division of Urology with McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston in 2022 and currently specializes in many urological conditions, including urologic cancers, overactive bladder, and recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs). Sarvi takes pride in providing compassionate care to her patients.
When Sarvi isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, art, and treasure-hunting for vintage collection items.

Veronica is the third Urology NP that Mother and I have visited. She seemed more familiar with what Mother had been experiencing over the past 2+ years. During the visit, she explained in detail the whats, whys, and should-dos. Her explanations seemed logical and straightforward since I have a science background. We like her! She was pleasant and didn't seem aggravated when I kept interrupting her. The interruptions were because if I waited, I would have forgotten.
The entire process from check-in to check-out was thorough and professional.

Urology is the place to go if you are suffering from early signs of serious urological diease, and you need serious health care professionals to adequately evaluate your symptoms then schedule the appropriate test for correct determination of your disease, and the proper treatments and or further testing that may be required.

Yes, I feel like my urologist, Dr. Sarvi, was amazing. She talked about and listened and talked about and understood what I was talking about. She also gave me a game plan and did a test, things that I needed done so we can figure out what's going on. I think she's amazing. I would recommend her to any and everybody. I'm going to continue to go to her. Thank you.

I still haven't received results from PSA bloodwork I had to decline possible appointments because none were available in the two weeks that I am remaining in the Houston area
I was worried about going to the appointment because I had some other issues going on, but Veronica was very good about listening to what I had to say, and allowed me to explain it, and the results were good. (INAUDIBLE). Anyway, that's all I had to say. I was very pleased to be with her. Thank you.
I received a text message at 07:30 hrs telling me that my appointment was at 09:30 hrs and to arrive at least 20 minutes early. I arrived at 08:45 hrs and was not seen until 10:10 hrs. I waited more than an hour to be seen totally unacceptable then I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was unavailable and was given her card. I arrived home and called her no answer I left a message and I'm still waiting for her call. Then I was robbed on the way out by the parking garage.
Everything about the procedure was done in a professional manner.
