Veronica O. Sarvi, a certified nurse practitioner, was born and raised in Houston. She completed her master’s degree at UTHealth Houston. Before becoming a family nurse practitioner, Sarvi worked as a registered nurse for seven years.
Sarvi joined the Division of Urology with McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston in 2022 and currently specializes in many urological conditions, including urologic cancers, overactive bladder, and recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs). Sarvi takes pride in providing compassionate care to her patients.
When Sarvi isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, art, and treasure-hunting for vintage collection items.

The entire staff was professional and knowledgeable
I still haven't received results from PSA bloodwork I had to decline possible appointments because none were available in the two weeks that I am remaining in the Houston area
I was worried about going to the appointment because I had some other issues going on, but Veronica was very good about listening to what I had to say, and allowed me to explain it, and the results were good. (INAUDIBLE). Anyway, that's all I had to say. I was very pleased to be with her. Thank you.
I received a text message at 07:30 hrs telling me that my appointment was at 09:30 hrs and to arrive at least 20 minutes early. I arrived at 08:45 hrs and was not seen until 10:10 hrs. I waited more than an hour to be seen totally unacceptable then I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was unavailable and was given her card. I arrived home and called her no answer I left a message and I'm still waiting for her call. Then I was robbed on the way out by the parking garage.
Everything about the procedure was done in a professional manner.

Unaware that to see a Dr. will take from 4 to 6 weeks. Feel like first visit was a wasted time.

Everyone was pleasant, considerate, thoughtful, and very kind.
I felt like the provider was in a big hurry and didn't necessarily listen to everything that I had to say. And I also was unhappy with the lab orders. I had to go back to the lab. I went to the lab three times to have lab work done because there were mistakes and miscommunications. So I was very unhappy with the communication and the lab orders and kind of the general experience for me was not great. Thank you.

I was informed by other RN friends that I was supposed to be given meds to help me relax and deal with the pain of the procedure prior to the procedure. This did not occur nor was I given any instructions prior to or during the procedure. I asked for pain meds and anti-spasm medication to deal with the pain and was told to use OTC medication which are inadequate.
