I continue to sing Dr. Umeh praises. My son does not like hospitals or doctors but he loves Dr. Umeh. He has an ease with her and I believe it's because he trusts her. In this field it is hard finding someone with genuine intentions and children pick up on those things. I am so grateful for Dr. Umeh, her expertise, support, and genuine spirit.
Overall, it was a great visit. Everyone from the manager, the business manager, the provider, the MA made the visit very pleasurable. I want to commend UT Physicians for having stellar customer service from walking into the clinic until leaving.
Dr. Umeh is AMAZING! She is so attentive, relatable, and well versed in her work! My daughter felt at ease with her and that is not an easy feat. I'm so grateful to have Dr. Umeh as my children's pediatrician! Please give her all of the accolades possible and then give her a few more!
The visit went smoothly. Checking in, being placed in a room, and meeting with the doctor and lab staff all went well. It was also nice to have more than one child visit. I want to thank the staff for their patience and kindness.

We are so happy with Dr Umeh and her team. Everyone is so kind, and extremely professional. Every time i visit Dr Umeh she teaches me something new. She spends time on patient education which is rare. She is thorough and gives me enough time to ask ALL of my questions. And she is SO good with my baby. I'm a healthcare provider too and she inspires me to be better with my own patients. I highly recommend this office and Dr Umeh. I've also seen the pediatric NP a couple of times and she is equally fantastic!

I waited for one and half hour before I can see the provider. My baby is just 15 months but we had to wait because the office was behind time and nothing clear wasn't told to us. The pediatrician herself is amazing but everything else is terrible.
My doctor is phenomenal. Dr. Umeh is wonderful in every way.
Worst experience! [...] had an well care appointment but she has not been given the necessary vaccines and flu shot despite repeated requests. They [...] and asked to come back with another appointment. Also, my other child [...] was refused to be seen by the Doctor saying he came few minutes late for the appointment. Very much dissatisfied with the services and staff [...]
Dr. Umeh completely won over my daughter who normally will side eye everyone. She made my daughter and managed to get her to smile and laugh. Highly recommend!
Dr. Umeh is simply extraordinary. We are so glad we found her to care for our son. She is incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth and an amazing physician! Definitely would recommend to others!!

Dr Umeh, her nurses, and the front desk staff are incredible. They are so patient, friendly, and always remember us. I feel like I and treated like a individual and not a number. I am a provider too and every time i leave Dr Umeh's office, she makes me want to be better, and be more like her. I really appreciate her sincerity and excellent bedside manner.
Everything was great for our new patient visit!! Dr. Umeh and her staff were awesome. The front desk administrators were also very welcoming and friendly.
I'm grateful to have Dr Umeh and her staff. They were very responsive and were able to squeeze us in last minute after my child's hospitalization. Dr. Umeh always takes her time to review my child's medical history and notes and always includes me in the treatment plans.
Dr. Umeh has always been very attentive and very serious about referring my son to the appropriate specialist. She does not let anything wait. She just, she makes sure that everything is taken care of and she treats my son a lot like her own children. I really appreciate her very much.

As a doctor it's amazing to meet other doctors you trust with your kiddos. Dr Umeh is wonderful. And our family is super thankful she is our pediatrician - all three kids and both parents deeply enjoyed our time with her.

I am glad my newborn daughter has a safe welcoming place to get checked on. This is my first time as a mom and Dr.Umeh has helped not only my baby but me tremendously with this new Journey.
