My problem is when I go do blood work inside his office, there's a chair that sits there, been there for 10 years and it's broken. The same chair has been broke for 10 years every time I go do blood work and it's not good for somebody that has to bend their arm down to get their blood taken. It needs to be replaced. Thank you.

Dr. Shu and his staff have what I believe is the very best of any medical facility anywhere, they know how to treat patients and make them feel comfortable and at ease and relaxed even at very difficult times, Thank you Dr. Shu and your entire staff.
I have no idea about wait time communication. I arrived early for first appointment after lunch and was seen even a bit early
Just don't bother the patient, and even worse, in front of other people about "overdue" medical bills. It's shameful that, in addition to doing so, they CALL Dr. Shu's assistant so she can "explain" to me what's overdue. That should STOP. This isn't the only time I've seen this. Not just me, but I've seen it done in front of other patients. Very unpleasant, since the patient comes in with medical complaints and is also harassed with charges. There are many other ways to do it, but this is the worst! Thank you.
