I have no idea about wait time communication. I arrived early for first appointment after lunch and was seen even a bit early

Just don't bother the patient, and even worse, in front of other people about "overdue" medical bills. It's shameful that, in addition to doing so, they CALL Dr. Shu's assistant so she can "explain" to me what's overdue. That should STOP. This isn't the only time I've seen this. Not just me, but I've seen it done in front of other patients. Very unpleasant, since the patient comes in with medical complaints and is also harassed with charges. There are many other ways to do it, but this is the worst! Thank you.

I'd like to thank the entire staff at the Medical Center, starting with Dr. Shu and his staff, the way they treated me, the way they explained everything to me, the way they made me feel comfortable, made me feel as if I was a patient, an individual, not a number or a patient number. I was totally treated with respect. I was looked after from the time I got in, just walking in for the office visit, even to the time of leading up to surgery, through surgery, and also the recovery, in the recovery at the hospital following the surgery. I highly recommend them. I'm truly touched by their care and truly touched by their individualism, care that they gave me, again, treating me as a human being, as a patient, not a patient, excuse me.
