My physicians (I had two--arm and ankle) were excellent listeners--as I had many questions. I found each one to be approachable and compassionate. Interested in my rehabilitation. I feel fortunate to have these physicians tending to my healing.

My regular orthopedic doctor is Dr Tinubu and Dr Hartline. It an emergency so I saw Dr Simcox so I could get in the following day. Dr. Simcox was a good doctor. Thank you.

1 hour wait in the lobby to see the doctor is unacceptable. The radiologist was very friendly. Front desk is just ok, other facilities are much kinder and friendly with much better interfacing skills. Feels like the patient is just another number. The schedulers on the phone for PT were useless and required a 20 minute hold for no information in the end. I've had better overall experience with United Methodist

Dr Simcox was wonderful and patient. The front desk staff was phenomenal! We had an issue with a PCP referral. They worked extremely hard to help us handle the situation and we were still seen for our appointment even after running far past our scheduled time. We loved this team!

From Brenda the medical assistant , to Dr Simcox. That was the best experience I have had with a doctor. Also Evelyn was kind when I spoke with her on the phone about scheduling. I was extremely impressed with all the staff. I got their early and was barely sitting down before being called back to a room.

Dr. Simcox was very knowledgeable. Also, he listened to my concerns and answered my questions.

Dr. Simcox was very professional and answered all my questions. He injected my shoulder and in two days it felt much better. I look forward to seeing him again and talk about surgery on both shoulders. I highly recommend him to those who suffer from shoulder pain and problems.

I wish the wait time in the examining room would be shorter.

There was a misunderstanding about my appointment time and they made it a point to work me in. The front desk clerk was very accommodating.

The time with Dr. Simcox was great. He was incredibly thorough and invested a great deal of time to understand and treat me. I was unprepared for the length of the wait and that is really my only concern. It's great to have that much time with him, however, it would have been helpful to have more understanding of the time.
