Still in pain just don't, know why they can,t give me something for pain, and fix it.
I feel like I waited a lot! I was there close to 1.5 hours which feels a bit excessive for my appointment. Additionally 4-5 patients checked in after me but were all called back before me which is always frustrating. But the actual care I received and staff I dealt with were all very kind and helpful!
I deeply appreciate the amount of time Dr. Simcox spent with me discussing.my treatment options.
Dr. Simcox is very thorough and caring. He allowed me time to ask questions and answered them all. I never felt rushed or dismissed. I feel he puts his patient's health first and chooses the best solutions to the problem.
He was very knowledgeable and personable. I am in healthcare as well and have a very high standard for providers. He listened, made sure that we went over all of the contraindications and really took a look at my history and my pain management. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I was very pleased with the amount of time Dr. Simcox spent with me. He was very assuring that I understood what I was dealing with and the procedures he recommended prior to even thinking about surgery... it was more like a team effort between he and I, and I certainly appreciated his time and expertise... I left feeling very comfortable that I was on the correct track in correcting my shoulder issues... Thank you Dr. Simcox and staff... Very professional, helpful and smiling faces...

The wait time was extremely long and it would be better to feel more informed while you're waiting about how much time more you'll have to wait.
Dr. Simcox was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He reviewed the x-rays with me and commented about my surgery. He was very uplifting.
The provider took time to answer any questions and explain the procedure and treatment very well. Felt listened to at the end.
My physicians (I had two--arm and ankle) were excellent listeners--as I had many questions. I found each one to be approachable and compassionate. Interested in my rehabilitation. I feel fortunate to have these physicians tending to my healing.

Over an hour wait and no one apologized. They didn't read the referral correctly and kept saying the wrong body part
My regular orthopedic doctor is Dr Tinubu and Dr Hartline. It an emergency so I saw Dr Simcox so I could get in the following day. Dr. Simcox was a good doctor. Thank you.
Dr. Simcox is caring and very interested in his patient's well being. I highly recommend him.
1 hour wait in the lobby to see the doctor is unacceptable. The radiologist was very friendly. Front desk is just ok, other facilities are much kinder and friendly with much better interfacing skills. Feels like the patient is just another number. The schedulers on the phone for PT were useless and required a 20 minute hold for no information in the end. I've had better overall experience with United Methodist

Dr Simcox was wonderful and patient. The front desk staff was phenomenal! We had an issue with a PCP referral. They worked extremely hard to help us handle the situation and we were still seen for our appointment even after running far past our scheduled time. We loved this team!

From Brenda the medical assistant , to Dr Simcox. That was the best experience I have had with a doctor. Also Evelyn was kind when I spoke with her on the phone about scheduling. I was extremely impressed with all the staff. I got their early and was barely sitting down before being called back to a room.
