Dr Sidhu is an excellent doctor who knows how to treat patients with the care they deserve. She is wonderful!
The 2 lab tech ladies were rude due to a minor misunderstanding. Unprofessional.

Everyone was very nice. I was greeted by Dr's nurse accompanied by a new hire. Both were very good, polite, sociable. Next came Emily to go over history, etc. she was very pleasant, but why am I telling her the meds I'm taking when I already included these in my echeck in, then had to go over them again with the nurses? Dr seems fine, but no smile to introduce herself to a new patient. I'd answered questions about vaccines, etc, with all who came before. Why do I have to go over this again?
Dr Sidhu and Student were very attentive. They were very helpful with my health and showed care for my current condition and issues.
Dr Sidhu always provide top notch care. The lab lady from Wisconsin was very great as well and was able to get my vein on one stick.. front desk staff Ms Lee was a gem as usual and prepared my sign in process seamless
This physician has great job knowledge She put patient at ease. Friendly and meek. Great asset for her employer.

I reported at 10.30, 15 minutes before appointment, did the check in at computer located in the lobby. At about 11.30 on checking with the floor guy, was sent to the check in staff. And saw the doctor afterwards.The doctor was was very professional, thoughtful and very pleasant.
Medical assistance was very arrogant, confrontational and very intimidating. She did not, and was not listening to understand my explanation of why mammogram order was obtained from another provider with similar last name, That it was a mistake from the imaging provider. We were going back and forth until I asked her to excuse me to use the bathroom so that both of us could calm down. I have never experienced such since 2001 I have been with UT physicians. Thank you.
Doc Sidhu is the best. She listens carefully. She makes suggestions. She's very helpful. I love her treating me. And her staff is also excellent. Her nurse was excellent. And the lab tech was very good too. Great experience.
