It was my first time seeing Dr. Sidhu after seeing Dr. Eric Blacher for several years even prior to his move to UTH. Dr. Blacher worked closely with me to help find the correct medication and dosage. He asked how it made me feel, concerns, side effects, potential issues, etc. When discussing a potential change with Dr. Sidhu, I was warned not to go try to get double medicated from a different Provider or not to sell my medication. It seemed like a strange warning - I have no history of such actions or behaviors, I have never requested more medication in addition to my prescribed dosage (such as an early supply), I am a seemingly normal adult patient with a low dosage having no indications of suspicious habits or intents. This may be a "standard" statement to new patients, but it certainly caught me off guard. I also understand I am subject to urine tests considering I have been on this medication for several years, and was also told I am subject to random tests whenever the Doctor requests. I am familiar with this, but these comments made me feel like a suspect. Overall it was a fine experience. I was candid with Dr. Sidhu about my lifestyle habits (both strong ones and poor ones) and I appreciated her providing clear indications on potential long term effects and side effects. I will continue to work with Dr. Sidhu on my medication management and hope that she continues to think of me and treat me as an upstanding member of the community and her patients.
Very friendly and kind staff and physicians:)
It is nice to finally find a physician who listens and addresses all your concerns. And tells you what you need and what should be doing to stay healthy.
Worst experience I've had at UT Healthcare. Waste of money
The doors were too narrow to fit my wheelchair through the doors and the doctor had to use the X-ray room. Also the scale ramp was too narrow for my wheelchair and I didn't get weighted. Definitely the plans for this facility did not take into account patient needs and equipment usage when designing this clinic.
Love Dr Sidhu
Dr. Sidhu and her staff are wonderful. I've been going there for a few years now, and each time I go, they treat me very special. Dr. Sidhu is very knowledgeable. She's very caring and very warm. She listens to you. She doesn't rush you. She's a great professional and I like her and I'll continue to go to her for as long as she's there. Thank you.
Dr. Sidhu is very friendly and informative about my treatment plan. She is overall great provider.
I arrived a little late to my appointment. The lady who checked me in was very gracious and checked me in. She welcomed me. She was very professional. However, I noticed that Dr. Sidhu's medical assistant, Shamsha, came out and she was not happy. She frowned. She chastised the front desk in front of me, saying that she's more than such and such late, you need to do this and that or call. I felt some type of way. I felt embarrassed. I know people are late, run late, things happen. Apparently, the lady signed me in because the appointment didn't show up or was running late. I was really appreciative that she checked me in because I came all the way from Katy Texas to see Dr. Sidhu and it was a little traffic.
The waiting time is too long
Dr Sidhu helped with all my questions.
Shamsa, MA was very professional, nice and kept me informed about wait time and the Shingrix vaccine. Great Dr and assistant
Ut physicians made me waste time, money and expectations to finally said they can't provide the adhd testing I needed
I like that I was asked for payment up front instead of feeling like I'm giving a blank check. We still have no conclusion on why I feel fatigued, despite all the labwork. It's a major problem.
Dr. Sidhu is the best! She listens to you and she always takes care of the problem. She is an amazing doctor. She is knowledgeable, professional and kind. I can't praise her enough.
Good customer service and friendly. Medical student beautiful and very knowledgeable in the field of healthcare that I needed.
From the checkin, to my wonderful nurse Shamsa, to my FABULOUS Dr Sidhu, everything was perfect!! I love my Dr and I know that she loves me!! She knows all of my health issues and takes great care of me THANK YOU FOR HAVING HER ON YOUR STAFF
Hope Dr. Sidhu remains at this practice I've had three PCP's in three years
I m very happy with Dr. Sidhu and recommended to everyone around me. She is good dr and she follows perfectly.
All medical staff were very professional and knowledgeable
Very bad people, lab corp very rude people they need people to treat with respect im think to move with difenrent doctors
Dr Sidhu is an excellent doctor who knows how to treat patients with the care they deserve. She is wonderful!
The 2 lab tech ladies were rude due to a minor misunderstanding. Unprofessional.
Dr. Sidhu and her assistant are exceptional and treat me with care and respect. I admire her greatly.
Everyone was very nice. I was greeted by Dr's nurse accompanied by a new hire. Both were very good, polite, sociable. Next came Emily to go over history, etc. she was very pleasant, but why am I telling her the meds I'm taking when I already included these in my echeck in, then had to go over them again with the nurses? Dr seems fine, but no smile to introduce herself to a new patient. I'd answered questions about vaccines, etc, with all who came before. Why do I have to go over this again?
Dr Sidhu and Student were very attentive. They were very helpful with my health and showed care for my current condition and issues.
Dr Sidhu always provide top notch care. The lab lady from Wisconsin was very great as well and was able to get my vein on one stick.. front desk staff Ms Lee was a gem as usual and prepared my sign in process seamless
This physician has great job knowledge She put patient at ease. Friendly and meek. Great asset for her employer.
She was attentive and arranged follow up tests and exams. It was a very productive visit.
The visit went very well.
