Great service

To begin with we arrived with enough time to check-in and the appointment was at 9:20 we were called in till 9:47 and we had to wait longer for the provider. after visit for labs we waited 1:30 hours nurse did not advise we could have come back w/o an appointment to get labs done; they only have one phlebotomist, room too small. it was a rainy day; clinic was full. it was my first visit there I had no idea it was like that. Nevertheless I actually liked the provider. I might come back.

My daughter needed bloodwork after her visit. I was told to check out then wait to be seen for the bloodwork. There was 2 people ahead of us. Both of the patients were seen after waiting 40 mins to be seen I walked up to the front desk to ask if the lab was on lunch since we had been waiting for 40 mins and both ahead of us were done. Front desk said they noticed we had not been seen and told the lab. Another 5 mins go by and we are skipped the lab tech comes out and sees the patients after us who had only been wait max 10 mins. At this point we had waited 45 mins. I decided to leave at that point. My daughter was hungry and running out of patience and I did not think she could handle bloodwork after waiting 45 mins plus our visit before. Now I have to find a lab and take my daughter for her bloodwork elsewhere. I've never waited that long or have just been skipped very unprofessional. Never had an experience like this at Ut and to be fair this is not our primary location.

Ms. Tonya BARNETT is super sweet medical provider I'm happy to have her for my son's needs we love you Tonya!!!

All the staff is very good and they consult well!

Hi, yes, I just want to say that I love Miss Tonya Barnett. After [...] moved away from the Heights location, Miss Tonya came, and we've been with her ever since. She's amazing. She listens to you, really listens to you, explains things really well to where you understand it, and she's just amazing. I just really love her. The best thing y'all can do is keep her. Never let Miss Tonya go. Always keep her at UT. And if she tries to leave, do everything you can to keep her because she's amazing and one of the best doctors that I've ever met and ever had for my girls. So thank you, UT, for Miss Tanya.

Ms. Tanya Barnett is an excellent provider. I have both my kids see her and she's somebody who always welcomes us and makes us feel that we cannot leave without understanding what we need to know.

Ms. Tonya Barnett is great along with her staff. We typically see her at the Heights location but was able to get fit in the medical center location. She's awesome and very informative. As soon as my son's results become available she called me directly and advise of results. We are very pleased with Tonya Barnett care.

My experience at the care center was awesome. All the staff were awesome and wonderful. They were friendly. They know that well experience, especially Dr. Barnett. She did a great job with my kids. She did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. At the end of the day, we had a wonderful visit at the doctor's. I'll surely recommend her. She's well experienced. I'm grateful and thankful to every one of them.

The nurse that administered my son shots was awesome and skilled I didn't get her name but I would definitely change locations just for her !

Everybody is always very nice and helpful

Everyone is so welcoming. Love the one on one attention that I receive every time I bring my kiddos to be seen whether its for a sick visit or well child. The medical staff is amazing and really bubbly.

They shouldn't take too long in the room. It took them 40 minutes to attend to me, and that's not good. Thank you. Have a good day.

Disappointed with the wait times . The provider that was supposed to see my child left early and we had to wait for an hour for a nurse practitioner to show up. My child was hungry and fussy. After an hour of wait a brand new resident shows who has trouble operating the EMR. This added to the frustration. My husband was already getting late to go to work. Overall a terrible experience. We certainly plan on changing providers and the clinic

Hi, my family loves Ms. Barnett, even my husband. My husband, well, not my husband, but I was kind of worried about the distance. But once I started interacting with Ms. Barnett, things took a totally different turn. I wouldn't rather have her than anyone else. I hope Ms. Barnett does not go anywhere. She's very personable. My kids really like her, and I just love having her at that facility. I started going there when I was younger. And eventually when I started having children, I switched over to [...], and I was worried after [...] left. But Ms. Barnett has filled her shoes, maybe even surpassed [...] shoes. But Ms. Barnett is amazing, and I just want to shout out and give her props because she goes above and beyond for her patients. But yeah, I love Ms. Barnett. Go Ms. Barnett!

Barnett is familiar with our children and it's always a pleasant experience. We love that she listens to us. She ask questions about our kids so we know she cares. She is thorough.

She has excellent bedside manner and explains things in terms I can understand.

didn't treat me any medcine just told me what i knew

The wait time was ridiculous. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:20 and arrived at 2 like I was asked. I was not seen until 3:15 and only seen for a quick 10-15 minutes. They did not communicate the wait time when I arrived knowing that they were short on rooms. My infant and I were hungry and we could have ate given how long we waited. Please be sure this is communicated next time to ensure I can take care of my baby's needs.
