Tobin Bushong, is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) working with David B. Doherty, MD, an adult reconstruction surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement.
Bushong received his degree in physician assistant studies in 2002 from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Over the course of his career, he has worked in cardiothoracic surgery, urology, and orthopedics. He has expertise in total joint arthroplasty, sports medicine, and pediatric orthopedic surgery.
Outside of work, Bushong enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, listening to Texas country music, watching baseball and college football, and the beach.
