Dr. Timothy Noonan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth).
Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Noonan specializes in Sports Medicine with an emphasis in minimally invasive treatment of the shoulder and knee. Dr. Noonan is currently Team Physician for Thompkins High School.
Dr. Noonan treats each patient individually to maximize return to optimum function, striving to treat orthopedic conditions in a conservative manner until surgery is necessary.

The time to get an appointment was almost 3 weeks. So in the meantime managing pain and knowing what to do was difficult.
Monique said she would give a message to Dr and called back that afternoon to tell me Dr answered yes and gave me a phone number and name of another Dr but that doctor did not get a referral . I still do not understand .

Sign on-front door said door open at 7:30.... They did not open until 7:45. I asked about it at front desk and they said open at7:45. Received multiple messages saying to be there 20 minutes early. I suspect sign needs to be updated and messages need to say arrive 15 minutes early.
As I was leaving, I was complementing the girls in the staff on how efficient the office is and the atmosphere and how everything just clicked and they get you in and out so fast just a really sweet staff and very well managed office.
Everything went great. The wait time was reasonable, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Noonan was great. He inspires confidence in his medical expertise and also has a good rapport with patients.
I was confused as to what I was supposed to do to check in as I signed my name in. But then I don't remember the lady telling me that when I changed my clothes I had to come back to sign in. I didn't know there was a difference between the two. So if she said it, I didn't comprehend it. I thought she didn't say it, but I don't know.
Had been experiencing some pain and swelling in my left knee and I noticed that the my range of backward motion ie trying to flex my heel back towards my buttock was severely compromised and painful. The doctor diagnosed fluid on the knee and some arthritis and thinning of the cartilage and drained the fluid and injected me with a cortisone shot. I would have to describe the effect as magic. I have absolutely no pain at all and the range of rear flexion is better than it was before I started having symptoms on the knee. Absolutely no pain or after effects of the injection.

I would like to recognize that lady who performs your x-ray services. I came in for one of my appointments with Dr. Noonan, and I was feeling really depressed about my leg injury. She was so compassionate and caring. I broke down into tears, and she comforted me. I'll never forget that.
