I felt like cattle going back and forth for testing. It was just frustrating. And I just, I didn't feel like my concerns were really taken seriously.

Well, my experience was very good with the doctor because he explained everything very well about my son, especially since he just had a stay in the hospital. I am very happy with his service and I hope the next appointment is the same. Thank you very much and congratulations to him.

Way to busy to really consider the patient concerns

Feb 18, 2025

Dr. McCulley and his staff were outstanding. They were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They listened to me, answered all my questions thoroughly, and provided valuable information to help me understand and manage my condition.

Thank you Dr. McCulley. While my problem was minor compared to what you usually deal with, you really listened to me. You realized that I was still fearful and had questions. You didn't just dismiss me but instead got me another appointment with Dr. Handal that morning and communicated with her before she saw me. May God bless you as you continue to treat all who come to you with respect and care.

I loved the treatment they gave me

Nov 26, 2024

It would be a game changer if Mcculley would visit the patient on day of surgery. Very nervous time for me.

Hey, so his nurse was amazing. She explained things to me. She actually looked in my eyes. When he came in, it was a three-minute conversation, and I know that because I always time my visits because I am a nurse and I like to pay attention to how much time a doctor actually spends with me. It was a three-minute visit. He did not even look in my eye. We didn't review any medical history. When I explained my symptoms, he said, you know, it could be my psoriasis. I explained to him that my son did have that. He just said, well, it's not familial. It's not genetic. But he didn't, you know, he could have asked me more questions to see if maybe I have the condition. But I was able to get in with another ophthalmologist who is doing the proper testing because he believes

Dr McCulley is a great surgeon and provider. I had surgery with him 10 years ago at Johns Hopkins. I flew from DC to Houston to have a visit, since I knew he did a great job on my issue. You have to pick the best for your eyes!

Oct 11, 2024

We love this eye clinic and all doctors there. Thank you!

Oct 8, 2024

People smiled, acted like they enjoyed being there, friendliness was unbelievable!

Oct 8, 2024

My situation was treated with urgency as the provider believed necessary, I felt they were all working hard toward a goal to serve me well.

Oct 3, 2024

I had been waiting for appointment with another ophthalmologist about my problem and had already waited for two months or more. I was tired of waiting when I called Dr McCulley and got an appointment within a week.

Every thing was good

I think the doctor did really well. Sometimes it's the front office staff that let places down. I would say that they really wasn't very communicating on some things and I always had to chase them up.

Sep 20, 2024

Every visit I've had at the eye clinic has been a very good experience. No long wait times, courteous, friendly, efficient staff, and the doctor is in and out, takes care of business very professionally, answers all your questions, doesn't seem to be in any hurry to get away. The overall experience has been very good.

Sep 10, 2024

My physician was extremely proud and happy with the work that he had done on my eyes. It was a total transformation for me, but it was great and he was happy to know that he had been able to help me. I thank him so much and the staff. They've been extremely polite and helpful. Thank you and have a good day.
