VERY INFORMATIVE
Dr. Nguyen covers everything with us and has a very supportive staff with Elaine, Donald, Dee, LaRonda, Lisa, and Mary. Dee and Mary have been with Bellaire Physicians for 20 plus years and are professional and friendly. I had a major issue with Lincare and the problem with slow delivery and not fitting my husband for a wheelchair. The wheelchair was delivered after many many calls, WAS NOT measured for him AT ALL and NEVER fitted for him. Then, they did not want us to return it. I called Medicare's disabled department and IVY from Medicare told us; it was a Medicare federal policy "we had the right to return it and get a credit." I had to drive the phone to the Lincare Office off 290 and stuck the phone in the Lincare's manager face because Lincare Would not even pick the phone with for Medicare to tell them. The Medicare rep held on the phone an unbelievable 2 hours and 40 minutes to straighten Lincare and their refusal to return it. Lincare was forced to give us a return credit because of the Medicare rep on the phone. DO NOT refer anymore people for a wheelchair to Lincare.... They are a respiratory company nOT a wheelchair company and are totally incompetent in customer service!!!!!
From start to finish, phenomenal.
Dr. Nguyen and his nurse were very kind to me. I was in a bad place but they were compassionate and very helpful. I appreciated that very much.

The staff was super informative even before I book my first visit at this office. Details and instructions were given to me when I booked my appointment and reminders were promptly given leading up to the appointment. The office was super easy to find and get to. Elaine was super help in getting and preparing me for my visit with Dr. Nguyen. I was absolutely impressed by the care and attentiveness of Dr. Nguyen when we met and discussed goals and plans to help me take control of my health that aligned with my current lifestyle and aspirations. The entire staff super friendly and easily approachable, and they help directed me throughout the office to the appropriate area for my care and lab. When I was giving blood for lab, I mentioned that I felt a bit faint, and the staffs were absolutely kind to give me time to rest and get my head together before I left. Overall, I was impressed by the Dr. Nguyen, Elaine, and the entire staff, and I would recommended anyone that is looking to establish a new PCP like I did. Bonus, the location was super convenient and easy to get to.

This was the first time I met this doctor. I was concerned about the possibility of having strep before we are with family for Easter. I was so happy to be seen by the doctor the day I called!!! This was such a relief to be well taken care of quickly. Dr Nguyen was personable, professional and reassuring. I liked this doctor very much. Going to recommend him to my husband.

Dr. Nguyen was great. It was my first time seeing him. It was obvious he had taken the time to actually read my chart PRIOR to entering my room, which doesn't always happen. We spoke at length about lifestyle changes and he didn't jump to prescribe me medication. He gave me tangible advice about some changes I can make before it came to that. He is clearly knowledgable and I definitely felt heard.
Dr. Nguyen that I've seen on my visit there, he wasn't my primary doctor, but he was very good. His best thought manner was good. He was very attentive to listen to what I had to say. He helped me get to the area I need to be to and was very courteous. After I was finished, I did meet him going out in the hall. He helped us out of the clinic and then also reiterated his recommendations for my knee pain to make sure that I understood what he was saying. And that was even after the visit. So he was very good. I really appreciate Dr. Nguyen. Thank you all.

Using AI and the recording to summarize the visit notes was very effective. I really liked it. I liked how I was able to have a better conversation, more one-to-one and in-depth conversation with the provider. And I felt like I got more questions asked 'cause they weren't distracted, and it was a good experience. So, that's been a good improvement and innovation. Thank you.

I was there on Tuesday. I have not received any medication at Walgreens, Farsega and all my other medications. I am out of Farsega. I need it refilled now.
The doctor think that we were lying about my lol conditon
