The physician's nurse was very professional .
The care team was attentive and listened to my needs.
The doctor think that we were lying about my lol conditon
As always, had a great experience. The doctor and his staff were wonderful. Very professional and thorough.
Great as always
I was seen by the physician's nurse and we discussed this machine that I need to help me with the circulation of my right leg. It was supposed to be set up for a call to be made to me to receive a new machine, someone to come out and talk to me, but none of that has ever happened. I didn't actually see the doctor. I saw his nurse and I didn't get a follow through with what we discussed.
It's good
Dr. Nguyen is the best
Every time that I come for my appointments, everybody is very professional and always willing to help and go the extra mile. And they're also very polite people that work there. And I appreciate that. Thank you.
Well, the triage nurse said someone would call me back to set up an appt. I spoke with the triage nurse around 9am. She said she sent a priority message to make an appt for me. The triage nurse thought I had a blood clot. No one called me. I called back around noon & got an appt which they said to be 15-20 mins early. I was early. But it didn't matter because I had to wait. My appt was @ 3:30pm. The doctors office called me this morning to set up an appt. which I had yesterday. Bad communication. Also, your team needs to tell patients which parking garage they need to park. It's a long walk if your in the wrong parking garage. My leg is still hurting...not as bad as yesterday but still a problem for me.
It is always a great experience whenever I visit UT Physicians
After telling the doctor why I don't want bunch of testing, why I left my last doctor who did bunch of this testing only to each time spending 3 months each time in pain and worrying I may have cancer or a bad heart only to find out I did not have anything wrong they said I did. I pretty much told the doctor I need build up trust again while checking out I was scheduled to test I /we did not talk about doing. Today I got a call for the one test I did agree to only was a message service with a bad recording I been getting 30 plus scam calls a day all for medical insurance, the number was local w/o the name on it so I just put it on silence. and voice mail they used was bad or delayed w/o the number clearly/ The medical industry in past 4 years has gone to woke DEI crap. It has no place in the medical field I speak from experience as was a charge nurse 25 years ago
I got what I needed from Dr Nguyen, and I feel much better today.
Extremely satisfied
I have an on screen sign language interpreter. Everything is great!
Thank you
I realize I'm a new patient, however, I would like more time for a better examination. At my age of 65, I have some concerns. Of course, I'll leave that up to the doctor. Thank you. Hopefully, over time, we can work together and come to a conclusion about feeling a lot better. Thank you. Bye.
My experience with UT Health overall in the office, wonderful. The nurse triage, the front desk people, everyone was great. So my poor feedback is purely about Dr. Nguyen. And just I'm sure he's knowledgeable, knows what he's talking about. But spoke super fast. I get it. They're busy, but the bedside manner is zero. I had to see him. That wasn't who I was recommended to go see. But both my husband and I have had him or my husband's had him before. That's when he switched to someone else. I will also be switching to who my husband has because that person he absolutely loves and I'm excited to have that person. But I definitely will not be returning to Dr. Nguyen. Because again, knowledgeable, you know, nice person and all. Everything was a medicine or a steroid. Like, oh, you have this, let's prescribe you something.
[...] I had excellent service and care.
Gratitude
Provider listened intently and shared valuable insights and recommendations leading to corrective measures & modifications relative to health concerns.
Dr. Nguyen made space for me on the day I called for an appointment. I had suffered a head wound and whiplash 2 days earlier and gone to a stand-alone ER for care, and I urgently wanted him to evaluate the treatment I had been given. He was thorough, not rushed, and continues to have my confidence.
Nothing at the moment. Everything was very good, the staff was very friendly.
Always pleasant and professional discusses your options.
Everyone is courteous and professional. The facility is modern and comfortable.
Dr Nguyen is very patient & thorough. I never feel rushed & I am treated with respect. Best of all - when I leave a message for him in MyChart, I GET A PROMPT RESPONSE!
Excellent attention and understanding
I am very pleased with the Dr.'s care and appreciate his careful analysis and reasoning. I feel fortunate and grateful. Thank you.
Well, my visit was really wonderful. There is hope for an old man. I am really delighted with the service.
He did a great job!
