This visit was regarding our 16-year-old daughter who was extremely upset after the visit. She came away from this experience, crying. She didn't like the fact that she was on the phone with someone she didn't know and she didn't trust.
Very helpful went out of the way to find us right resources.

It was the worst experience of my life. They kept me and my daughter there for 5 hours without any communication. The care was terrible and without water, without anything. I did not have the greatest confidence in the medical care, so I decided not to use any of their services.
Supervisor was very attentive, very alert, answered all my questions in a timely fashion, was extremely comfortable with my situation. And was able to provide me with a lot of details to actually help me improve my child's situation. I greatly appreciate the effort that was put in.
The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Dr. Ali was patient and kind. This type of appointment is very useful; especially to a widowed/single parent.
