I did not see Dr Gauvain. I saw his assistant, who did a good job!
I loved the modern clean facility.
Great atmosphere very knowledgeable and kind
This was a first time visit so I was a tad bit apprehensive Dr Gauvain's quiet professional demeanor immediately eased my apprehension His suggestions and options was very reassuring He gave me options and surgery was the very last He made me feel as if what concerned me was of great concern to him Thank you Sir
Appt at 1, didn't get seen until 145pm
This is 4th time for visit. Very happy with visit and outcome except for wait time before we are seen. It averages 1-1.5 beyond appointment time. We also had significant problem reaching help for need after visit. Phone for office always went to voice mail with no return call. Out of desperation, I connected with another doctor's staff to get the help needed. This happened after 2 visits where I needed help (with same action)
The dr. Was really helpful, explain everything and went above and beyond!
Looking forward to getting some relief from Dr. Gauvain's procedure.
Great experience!
Visit ran long due to previous issue like all specialists clinics seem to do periodically. I did not feel inconvenienced, understood it happens sometimes. No sweat.
Great
Dr. Gauvain was very professional, very friendly, very, very concerned and communicating to the highest. I really liked the way he talked to his patients and the way he cared for each one of us individually. I would recommend anyone and everyone to Dr. Gauvain. He is one of the greatest doctors that I've met. I'm proud to have him as my physician. Thank you.
I liked how he talked about my options for treatment. He explained & gave information on my choice for surgery. He answered all my questions.
I trust and highly recommend Dr Gauvain.
Cool crew
The provider was very informative and referred me to have further care so that he can get a better look at what could be causing my pain.. This was my first visit to this facility and provider..
The doctor and the nurse practitioner are both amazing along with the office, but the wait time was ridiculous. Having to wait over an hour with nobody saying they're running late is not acceptable, period.
I am thankful that Dr Charles Vega referred me to Dr Tag
We arrived at 1020 for a 1045 appointment, but we waited a total of an hour and 20 minutes. So, meaning an hour after our appointment was when we were seen. And I even asked if we can go get something to eat and she said no, because if we're not there when they call our name, we're going to lose our spot. So, that was a little difficult. Like, if the wait time is that long, at least provide some sort of a snack or something. Because we came, you know, in the morning, we hadn't eaten breakfast and we were there for a long time and then everything took time even once we entered, you know. Thank you.
Everyone was AWESOME!
Staff was very nice and answered all my questions
Have a really good visit. Thank you for all your care.
Always a great experience. Professional, knowledgeable staff. Dr. Gauvain is awesome!
I had an unfortunate encounter with another patient in the waiting room while waiting for my visit. I was very shocked and a little upset. The office was very proactive and I am still very impressed with their actions. The doctors words of reassurance and kindness really has made a difference. I appreciate everyone that took it upon themselves to help me feel safer.
I had a great experience with the doctor, nurse, X-ray technician and the cast & boot department with those people.
Very professional and great listeners. In good hands here.
I appreciated his patience and how he explained my situation.
It was simply professional and good
I arrived at 3:44 for a 4 pm appointment. I was taken for X-rays on my ankle when my issue was for my feet(mainly my left foot). The x-Ray technician was able to resolve the problem and take X-rays on my feet. I returned to the waiting room and about 4 pm was taken to an examine room where a nurse(?) asked what was going on with my ankles. Again I stated I was there for my feet, and proceeded to explain what was happening with my left foot. She then went over the medicines I'm taking. She left and it was 45 minutes before Dr. Gauvain came in and stated I had osteoarthritis in my foot. I felt Dr. Gauvain didn't fully explain what was happening with my foot. He only gave me one option of medication that could possibly give me some immediate relief from my pain that is interfering with my everyday activities. Unfortunately I may not be able to take this medication (Meloxicam) since I'm on a blood thinner. I'm scheduled for a cortisone injection in my foot, but that is almost FOUR weeks away. My follow up with Dr. Gauvain is six weeks away. I will be seeking further information about my diagnosis from another provider.
Dr. Taggart, is a professional, respectful human being, he cares, compassionate doctor he listens. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
