Not the typical excellent care
The physician was outstanding and I highly recommend her for care. The team around her is not good. First of all, they lost my referral order 3 times. When I finally got a copy and emailed it and faxed it (how in the world do you require faxes still) they still woudln't schedule the appointment. Only after calling and leaving 3 messages, none of which were returned, and then calling can finally asking for the office administrator did I get resolution. I was informed that the provider wanted additional documentation...which no one had told me she needed. So I got it. Then the procedure was scheduled and I had to wait an additional 3 weeks. This procedure should have been done in February or early March, not late April. When we got the office for the procedure, the MyChart had it listed as a 30 minute procedure, not the 2.5 hours it actually took. So my spouse waited an extra two hours without notification as to why things were going so long. The physician and her resident were outstanding and I believe the procedure will help bring a cure. But if it hadn't been for my undaunted persistence I would still be waiting to have it done. Your medical staff supporting this physician needs significant training and support. The reality is that I am likely a high revenue producing case that is both complex and rare. Beyond the revenue, I am likely going to be a candidate for clinical trials and additional research. Your staff did everything they. could to send me to a different facility. They need to be better. The physician was great and I am thankful to have been part of her practice. The staff needs significant improvement. I am incredibly unsettled at how often everything was put back on me to know things that had not been communicated. This isn't how healthcare is supposed to work.
I can't think of anything, no wait and the biggest inconvenience was the construction that altered my path from before.

It was my first visit there and it was very professional, very personable, very thorough. I enjoyed the doctor and the staff. It was a wonderful experience.

Very thou thorough examination. The Doctor listen to my concerns, and gave me advice on how to improve my health. She was very attentive, and I would recommend her to anyone that had neurological problems.

Only issue with video was on my end and trying to do it from a mobile environment. The staff as always made personal contact keeping me up to date on visit. I know how to keep Dr. Updated and know I will be receiving a plan of treatment going forward
The doctor and the technicians are expert at the difficult tests that they performed and are terrific. They were very nice to me, too. They made a painful test the most pleasant that it could be. I thank them.
Dr. B is very smart, caring and listened well (and patiently) to my subjective issues as well as recognizing my battle fatigue with illnesses. Plan set up and hopefully will understand better and treat cause of symptoms.
I have been going to see Dr. Biliciler for approximately 14 years now. Prior to Dr. Biliciler, I went to 2 other muscular neurologists with very poor results. I was referred to Dr. Biliciler by a neurologist that assisted my ex-sister in laws ex-husband. Dr. Biliciler has been very detailed in her diagnosis and has explained her findings. I trust Dr. Biliciler completely.
I want to know if she knows what my condition is and if it is treatable.
I've been seeing Dr. B since 2012 and refuse to see anybody else. She is amazing and knows exactly what I need to advance in my health.
I am actually glad I found this practice because as a healthcare provider I assist patients in facilitating appointments. And I would recommend they use this neurology practice if that piece was needed for outside referral.

Not too responsive. I had to initiate most communications.
The one problem I had was that I was scheduled to have a nerve conduction test and electromyography. When I arrived to the appointment, they planned on doing a first time appointment with the neurologist rather than the diagnostic study that was supposed to be done. My son helped me being that he is a physician and explained to them that I was here for diagnostic testing and not for a first time visit. Things got corrected and the study was done and I was satisfied. If I didn't have my son there, I wouldn't have been able to convey this to the staff and they probably wouldn't have done the testing they were supposed to do because the staff had entered the appointment as a first time visit rather than diagnostic testing. I hope I am making myself clear. Thank you.
I couldn't be more pleased w Dr Biliciler and all her staff. She especially took more time than usual w me to go over new issues I had. Everyone was most attentive. I truly appreciate the care I got.
Impossible To access my records ! To hard for less estute computer people!
Dr. Biliciler and her team are absolutely first rate. She's a true neuromuscular doctor and her diagnostic process and knowledge are literally extraordinary. She's extremely easy to relate to, as well.
