The doctor treated me very kindly and respectfully. I liked it a lot and have already referred my brother-in-law to go there. He took the time to explain everything I asked. I'm very happy to have come to this place and that it was decided to go to Keiry Hospital because I live nearby, and he's been a very kind and attentive doctor. I'm very happy with him and with Chacha, the girl who gave me the injection. That's her name is, I think, something like that. She was very kind too. She explained everything to me about the injection. Thank you very much!

took off one point for recommending due to over one hour wait. I say one hour because I am told to arrive 15 mins early but then wait another 45. Dr. Spence is FABULOUS and worth the wait but staffing may have caused delays, hard to say.

Everyone was very pleasant and easy to interact with.
The medical staff was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor that did my procedure was wonderful, very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable.
The wait time was significant. I was not called back for my appointment until 80 minutes after the appointment, with no notice that the doctor/ practitioners were running behind. Once I was called back, the nurses and doctors were attentive and performed the procedure efficiently.
My radiologist Susanna Spence, MD & her team were excellent! Their calm & kind demeanor helped to keep me calm during the process. The procedure was explained completely in advance & during each step of my hip joint steroid injection. Post procedure care was also discussed.
Dr SPENCE & her team were awesome again!! I absolutely love her bedside manner & her knowledge. I received a PRP SHOT the last time & this time she did my cortisone shot. She made it as painless & seamless as possible. Very thank for her along this journey.
Dr. Spence is very good at what she does, very approachable and answers questions directly. Would recommend her for injection therapies.
