I decided to leave my previous provider and have all my medical care taken care of by UT physicians because the level of care here is just spectacular. I just met doctor Susan stone and her assistant Sonia the day of my appointment and I was well taken care of. It's hard to find a good medical provider and those 2 ladies might just be the very best.
Very good experiences!
Truthfully I felt abandoned by my provider. From not being able to get an appointment at 36 weeks and having to see someone else and then explaining my situation I felt bait and switched with the outcome. Last, I feel like my provider would have explained to me prior to the week before that she would be on vacation when I could possibly go into labor. Feels very frustrating to feel the need to switch providers at 38weeks pregnant because my provider just passed me along or wasn't clear about expectations. When I expressed my concerns she made me feel like I was being understood but then when I called back to clarify I was not given an answer other than someone else will do that next week.
I had a great experience with Susan Stone. We decided to go in a different direction with my prenatal care but not because of her. She was great and we were thankful for our experience with her!
They take good care of you, the only thing they didn't tell me was how everything was with my pregnancy, but everything was fine, thank you.
