Dr. Pacheco is always caring for my son and daughter and we just enjoy her and she listens to our needs and always has good feedback on what we need to do to help prevent their allergies.
Love how the staff was very friendly and made my daughter feel very comfortable.
Wonderful staff Dr.Pacheco was referred to me by my mother in law she has been the family Dr for almost 20 years and I absolutely love having her for my son she takes very good care of him ! And her assistant is always so very welcoming and sweet very professional I always love our visits to Dr Pacheco !
Dr. Susan Pacheco is my son's doctor. She takes her time in addressing my 14-year-old son's complex medical needs. She is thorough and takes the time to listen to my son's concerns. She makes a treatment plan with him and listens to his concerns. I trust her work and know he's in good hands with her.

Dr. Pacheco and her staff are always really incredible. They're caring and compassionate. Her med students and residents or interns, they're always incredible. They ask really great questions. We've never over the years since we've been coming to her, just incredible service. And we really, really, really like her new office.
Dr. Pacheco is fantastic. She is very helpful and listens to our thoughts and our concerns and has given us excellent recommendations. She will be our daughter's immunology doctor throughout her pediatric visits.

Great team of professionals working collectively together
The doctor's care was very good, but inside the room there was tools missing for them to able to do the job. They couldn't examine my son's ears. I had to wait like 20 minutes for them to bring the device to be able to examine his ears because those in the room didn't work and so we had to wait. Then in 5 minutes they were able to examine them.
Very pleasant and informative.
Would be great if other clinics referred complicated cases directly to the high risk clinic
