I've already referred Dr Rios to several of my hearing impaired friends. Her expertise has changed my life, and I have rejoined society, now that I can hear again.
My visit with Stephanie Rios was excellent. Ms Rios explained each part of the procedure thoroughly before proceeding in a most compassionate & reassuring manner. I was most please and felt very comfortable in her care.

Very excellent professionals.
Some miscommunication with the assistants and had my autistic child and I waiting an hour and 15 minutes on the doctor that they didn't notify him we were ready. They had attitudes with me because they needed my son to sit still and quiet in the secondary waiting room....yet had us waiting an hour and 15 minutes...you try to keep a neurodivergent child still for that long. We felt neglected by the staff and then for them to have to nerve to get irritated that my son couldn't sit still. He's a special needs child....i tried my best and he did well for the majority of the wait but an hour and 15 minute wait was ridiculous. The doctor was very kind and apologetic about the wait. He's awesome. The staff in the secondary waiting room is not very kind. Our appointment from before this one felt the same with the secondary waiting room. Rude and snarky. Will definitely still be coming here. I'm sure they just all had a rough day, so I am understanding of that.

Friendly and professional staff
They attended to me very quickly and everyone was very kind and understanding regarding my doubts.
Dr. Rios conducted herself with professionalism while also making me feel at ease. She thoroughly explained instructions for each step of the test and answered all of my questions afterward.

I don't know that I would recommend this provider. My daughter had an audiologist prior to this one who we loved. I believe she no longer works at this location.
