Stella K. Kim, MD, is the director of cornea and external disease at the Robert Cizik Eye Clinic.
She graduated from medical school at Harvard University in 1996 and completed her residency in ophthalmology at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in 2000. She obtained a fellowship in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at the University of Utah in 2001.
Before joining the Robert Cizik Eye Clinic, Dr. Kim served as the director of clinical research in ophthalmology for the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Wait time was very long and we were not updated regarding the time frame. Interaction with staff and provider good but was frustrated by the long wait time.
The location is dirty. Chairs and carpet were dirty. The visit lasted 2 hours only to get referred to another specialist. Parking is expensive
The whole staff from check-in to recovery to helping me get in the car to go home with fantastic congratulations on a job well done
Front office staff, nursing staff and Dr. Kim were fantastic. Diagnostic testing took 45 minutes to an hour to get done just to be seen before my point Dr. Kim because of inadequate staffing. Thank you.
I like Dr. Kim very much. She is always late and always rushed, but still listens carefully and addresses every concern.
From the front desk to the exam rooms everyone is very helpful and kind.

Exceptionally long wait times. But I suppose it can't be helped.
There really needs to be some attention given to improving wait times. With three different steps for my annual checkup, the average wait between steps was 30 minutes with the last wait being a whole hour. I was there for 2hours 45minutes with 2hours of that waiting between steps. This is pretty common and not just a one-time experience.
Dr Kim is great at sharing unique pearls of wisdom for eye care
Dr. Kim is a very thorough doctor. She has helped me throughout my treatment. I had biopsy surgery with her at the helm. She tells it like it is and I appreciate that kind of doctor. She is also very nice and always makes me comfortable in her office. I would recommend her to anyone with eye issues. Thank you Dr. Kim for being there for me!!
My wait time was excessive (2 1/2 hours), I was never informed of the wait times. When I asked, I was given a vague answer.

The wait time was 3.5 hours. In most of my visits, I am the last patient to be seen, no matter the time of my scheduled appointment. Dr. Kim is so excellent, I am grateful to have her as my doctor. The wait time is painful, impacting mine and my husband's schedule.
