They made me feel like they were interested in what I thought and how I felt; like they cared about me and my situation. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!

[...] She also questioned my need for an audiology exam. She said I was one of her healthier patients and I wonder if she is not familiar with treating relatively healthy geriatric patients. [...] So, I have some reservations about this NP. I will advocate for myself for now and not make a snap judgement based on one visit. Still, now I think I need to find out what an annual exam will consist of to ensure a mutual agreement on what will be done in that exam.[...]

I have the utmost confidence staff and have confidence in them.

This was my first visit with Ms Bi. She was very thorough in getting to know my medical history and answering all of my questions.

Ms Bi was very knowledgeable and personable and treated me like her mother.

I had to wait like almost two hours for my appointment, it was at [...]. I didn't get waited on until about [...] something. And the girl said she entered my information when I got there at about [...], and somehow it didn't go through. I was very upset about this. I had to see another doctor, instead of Dr. [...] because she had to leave at [...]. So, I was very upset about the time I had to sit, and wait, and I drove from out of town to the doctor. So please, check on that, and see why I couldn't get waited on timely, and was there waiting, and had to see a nurse practitioner, instead of my doctor. Thank you.

Nurse Bi is always extremely thorough, personable and all around wonderful!
