My wait was less than 10 minutes. Everyone was courteous and professional. I really appreciated the fact it was obvious Sheri had reviewed my history prior to speaking with me. I felt very at ease with her and confident in her abilities and knowledge. Great NP!

I notice that the appointment desk personnel wasn't very friendly and were very abrupt with the patients, not a good way of greeting the patients that are sick and elderly I would not recommend this facility because of your front desk personnel Sheri treated me well and I've been a patient with Dr Murphy and Dr Goodine since 1981
I love everything about the way Dr. Sheri Beck handles every situation with me as a patient and as a person ... She listens and gives me ways to look at every situation .. Great doctor ..... I have recommended her to a lot of people ...
The provider was anxiously under the weather with an active cough. Being a person with an autoimmune disease I truly did not appreciate being seen by a medical personnel that had an active cough.

Sheri Beck was great! The only complaint I have is upon arrival I was asked to electronically sign 3 times after I was read statements verbally as to where I could receive treatment and they could file share. I can't for the life of me remember what they told me. This should be a piece of paper that the patient can take with them. Also, many of the items on the paper forms handed to me when I arrived had been answered electronically ahead of time. This seems very silly. Thank you.

I will be changing to a doctor, I was unaware it was a nurse practitioner when I scheduled the appointment. The nurse was kind, but fixated on my weight and not on the other issues I wanted to discuss.
As for the staff, the lady that checked me in was extremely nice and helpful. She went the extra step to help me load my insurance card to the portal. The lady that took my vitals and took me to the examine room lacks personality. I couldn't figure out if she was having a bad morning or just doesn't like her job. Now Emily is a jewel, she has a beautiful personality, she's always has a smile and makes you feel welcome.

Dr. Sheri Beck and her team took care of me as it was an emergency and marked all my testing and procedures as urgent, which I think they did the right thing. They have taken care of me for years and I trust them.
