See-Long Wong, NP

I have had excellent care there and appreciate all of the doctors and their assistance. However, I have been trying to get a new workers comp adjuster's name and number to the business office and keep getting no answer and no call back. They keep gunning me for money, but yet they won't call me to get the correct information. This is not a good sign for your business.

See Long has a wonderful bedside manner and all our questions were answered. He made us feel comfortable and heard. Thank you!

I had an unexpected trip to the hospital and felt comfortable with the doctors and the nursing staff. They were very supportive of my needs!

Excellent service

The doctor and staff were very helpful. Even from the front desk to checkout. All great and friendly. Only negative feedback is, if you're going to ask is questions in the room about our medical history, meds, etc for the nurse to type in then don't ask us to complete paperwork. It's redundant.

I would highly recommend this to anybody that suffers any sort of injury. They were very alert, and smart about x-rays, or the patient's pain, and what would be the best next step for the patient that has just had an injury. Actually this was my second opinion, and that's pretty much what will save me because the first place I went to did not recommend surgery, and said I was going to heal on my own. But thankfully Dr. Wong was very alert about the situation, and recommended surgery ASAP, and it was a great experience overall. Recommended.

Dr Wong was the most intelligent smart man I have ever met as a doctor. He remembered my hospital visit from almost a month ago. He and I talked about everything I had no question and what question I had he answered them very honestly. I would definitely recommend and come back to this place if I have to. Just awesome

One problem-I made appointment thru Memorial and not UT. I was treated at Memorial hospital. No said to use UT log in for appointments.

I'm so thankful that this is the group that was on call when I fell. I feel secure in their care.

I have used heat and cold a lot to help with my pain and it has worked very well for me. The medical staff and others have been excellent in providing mental health guidance.

He was very kind and concerned about what I was concerned about and worked through telling me how I would know if I had a blood clot which made me feel better and he made me feel better

I love this clinic - from front desk to check out. I always feel like they are caring about me and treat me like I am their only patient at the moment. Always my family's choice for orthopedic.

It went well and he stressed that I must walk a lot or loose it. So I am trying to walk at least 15:00 minutes 3 times a day.
