Spoke with Heidi about scheduling concerns leading up to the appointment. The person handling the scheduling (Rhonda) seemed inconvenienced (and clueless) by my request over the phone-multiple times. This is not ok. Kimberly and Doris -and of course, Shawn, were AMAZING!

Very professional and informative

Sean was very nice. He also explained my pain and the X-ray I had. The staff at the check in and check out were friendly.

The entire staff is very approachable and willing to help! The only thing that caught my attention was that the patients seemed to go without food for many days, as they were served coffee and other snacks two or three times. The only thing I found wrong was that people brought two or three children to the office.

The provider that saw me was very efficient. He was very calming. He made me understand what I needed to do. His personality was very adaptable and he was a really good person who turned an experience that had been previously horrible into an experience that I left that was smiles on my face. My provider, my doctor, he was excellent and the people around him was excellent. The staff was excellent considering what I had to deal with and the bad experiences I've had in dealing with my issue. He made it. It's like he made up all that I've gone through. So he was an excellent doctor, excellent communicator, giving me the pros and the cons. So excellent. Thank you.

Sean McDougall has injected my knees several times over the last few years and he is so gentle, professional and kind that I have already recommended him several times to friends and family, some of whom had had painful experiences with other professionals who had injected steroids and gels and were amazed at how little pain was involved when Sean administered them. He has the magic touch and I've had remarkable results, saving me from surgery.

Seen promptly. Friendly staff. Easy in. Easy out. Got to work on time without missing any time.

I am currently recovering from a total knee replacement, and on that particular day, I was experiencing an alarming fever of 101.5 and excruciating pain in my leg. While reaching out for help, I was overwhelmed with fear, pain, and a sense of desperation. What stood out most in my interaction with Monica was not just her professionalism-but her humanity. She didn't just hear my words; she truly listened. Monica recognized the fear in my voice and treated my concerns with urgency and compassion, never once brushing them off as "normal post-op symptoms," as others might have done. Sean was amazing. He took the time to find out where the pain was coming from....not the knee but the hip. Sent me back to xray and then was able to get me into Dr. Doherty who is also amazing. Very impressed with facility.

I would like them to minimize the frequent emails and texts of2-4 times a day before the appointment . They were annoying.

I was seen by a nurse practitioner. I've had bad experiences with nurse practitioners and prefer doctors.

The overall experience, from repair of rotator cuff by Dr Shah to the follow up appointments with Sean has been great a great experience. Sean has always been informative, personable and professional.

Sean has a very gentle bedside manner. He has been my treating specialist for a while. The only thing that I would change is any injury forms are returned to work forms are completed in a shorter timeframe and communication about them are not just through the portal. Things of that nature can be time sensitive.
