I love Dr. Bilkis she is the best. She is caring, knowledgeable and knows my case very well. Her manners are superb. As a retired physician myself I am very picky with my providers and I am more than happy to have Dr Bilkis taking care of me.

Yes, my name is [...]. I'm totally satisfied. Well, my birthday is 12-1-63. I'm totally satisfied with the care of Dr. Bilkis. However, I had an incident on Tuesday of this week where she ordered me to get a blood test done at the facility. I had one done the previous day at a Quest Diagnostic and my potassium was a little high at a 5.9. Therefore, Dr. Bilkis had me do another one on Tuesday. I did the Quest Diagnostic on Monday and then I saw Dr. Bilkis on Tuesday and she had me do another one on Tuesday because she wanted to just double check that 5.9 or whatever. However, I got a concerning phone call later that evening on Tuesday evening stating that they got the results back and that I needed to immediately go.
Everything is perfect nothing more to be added

I was hospitalized in September for a potential stroke. I have been trying to get better ever since. Placed on high-dose steroids by doctors. I went in because I've been on high-dose prednisone because when I wake up in the morning I am spinning uncontrollably so the doctors have kept me on prednisone which they are weaning me off of. This does not include Dr. Bilkis and my rheumatologist believes that I have diabetes caused by prednisone. So I have been wearing a continuous glucose monitor where I came in, I gave Dr. Bilkis the results and she started telling me I did not have diabetes because

This is my 6+ visit to this provider and respect and agree with her care. I am happy she even noticed that my daughter was not with me today. So I know she definitely remember me as a patient and not just another patient another day.

The MA was very sweet but the doctor was late, kind of felt rushed in the office visit. I didn't feel like I was cared for.
