It was a very challenging experience but it was all taken care of on this date that this text was sent and I thank you for helping me Bill and I thank you for helping me everyone at Dr. Rodriquez's office and I think Sarah for all that she did thank you very much.
I was suppose to see Dr.Rodriquez. Since I was a new patient I was at least expecting an introduction. Why would I schedule surgery with someone I never met. Is this the new norm?
I had a pleasant experience with check in, getting xrays completed, talking with Sarah and finally check out. Staff members were all friendly and helpful.
She cancelled on us, causing an additional 1 month delay. Then at our appointment the nurse said that she was 30 minutes behind. At 50 minutes late we checked and she was running later. We had another appointment at a different location scheduled 2 hours after our appointment with Sarah, and barely made it! Too LATE!!
Wait time was much longer than normal.

The wait time was horrible. You are asked to arrive early, but you are not seen for over 45 minutes. I waited in the room for over an hour. No body came in to check on me or to tell me that they were running behind. This happens regularly. I never was seen on time when I came in for my right knee replacement on last year.
The staff was so very professional and everything worked like a well oiled machine! This was my first visit to your facility, but it won't be my last. I have already booked my next appointment for a different health issue. I was extremely happy with your friendly, professional staff. Well done, UT Health!!!

I had to answer no to the question about being told about my anticipated wait time and this was because I experienced no wait time. As soon as I checked in, I was called back to xray.
