The wait time was horrible. You are asked to arrive early, but you are not seen for over 45 minutes. I waited in the room for over an hour. No body came in to check on me or to tell me that they were running behind. This happens regularly. I never was seen on time when I came in for my right knee replacement on last year.

The staff was so very professional and everything worked like a well oiled machine! This was my first visit to your facility, but it won't be my last. I have already booked my next appointment for a different health issue. I was extremely happy with your friendly, professional staff. Well done, UT Health!!!

It was my fault for not asking what exactly was the blood test she was ordering, because it is the same one I have done by Quest that is ordered by my Rhumatoligist every 3 months. So she would be able to see it.
