Felt very safe. Everyone very kind and helpful .
Good at communicating with me. Thank you
I love the receptionist that checks me in. Forgot her name but she is wonderful. Truly cares and sorted insurance issues for me. Mario is SO good at what he does. Don't loose him! He Is the ONLY one I want to stick a needle into my vein. Well, I don't want anyone to stick needles into my veins. But, if it must be done, let it be Mario. He doesn't miss. Dr Dahr is the best doctor I have ever had. My husband kindly drives me 10 hours from AR to Houston to see him. When you have a very unique disease and you find THE BEST, if you can, you follow the best. Dr Dahr helped me reach remission. When diagnosed, I had a 20 percent chance of reaching remission. With Dr Dahr's superb skills, knowledge and advice. I'm there! Yippee! Thank you Dr. Dahr!!!!! I am SO grateful.
Expert care! Thank you!
Smooth process and clear directions from pod to pod. I wish there was a bathroom on both sides of the clinic!
This Dr is emotionally unavailable. He lacks bedside manner. He is curt and frank. I felt rushed and as if he was in a hurry to get to the next room. Yall seem over booked and under staffed. Check in time was too long. I would never see this Dr again. Dr Adesnia is the only good Dr that office has!
Staff is very friendly, my doctor asked lots of questions which I appreciated.
was in and out quickly
Thank you for a great experence.
My vision is very bad. I wish they would have ensured I could get from each station without incident. Also when I went back to purple or Blue station after my eyes were dilated and had the pic taken of my eye I was NOT informed about the brightness NOR that my vision would be impaired and the colors would changed I felt ushered out without enough time to get adjusted. The thickness of my glasses should no doubt let people know I may need extra help. No, at that point I didn't feel like I was treated like a visually impaired person. Although the doctor was very knowledgeable, bed side manner could be improved. Especially with my condition which is in the life altering stages. A little more empathy would have been nice. Very intelligent, just lacking some people skills. Kinda felt like let me hurry and get to my next patient. Your submission of faxes is horrible for records release! My past history was faxed over but no one had them. I had 3 separate faxes from 3 different entities and not one was received. Sounds like it was an internal issue on your end. I ended up calling to get one re sent the day of ... while I was already seeing the doctor. You realize that means he had NOT VIewed them previously so it seemed like my diagnosed issue was not researched for me as an individual. I think that's my issue. Over my 50 yrs of having vision issues and my case is NOT normal, I don't get enough "care". It's like oh well she's blind... better you than me. I need some cutting edge medical care. I was hoping to experience it here. The lady who took my insurance was phenomenal! It downgraded from there. Also at the eye photo area where you're supposed to put your paper in the rack, I assumed I needed to place it in the first slot but I don't think the paper with directions explained that. Also the room after dilation could be less bright. Maybe film in the windows. My eyes began to hurt. It was too bright after dilation. Beautiful city scape view. Just too bright.
Sorry, the doctors were great, the staff was great. My only problem was when I called to make the appointment, the person answering the phone couldn't help me. She had a dog barking, she was cooking, she was stirring and beating her thing on the pot. She got me the wrong doctor, so I had to call back and reschedule. I talked to somebody else because she was putting me with the wrong kind of doctor. So I called a second time and I got in with this doctor and that girl was knowledgeable and nice and helped me. But the first one shouldn't be answering the phone.
My appointment was at 915. I only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen and everybody was very nice and very professional. The doctor came in and he was very nice and he listened to me. The only thing I would say is when you have to walk down that long hallway to the next station after your eyes have been dilated, maybe someone can help the patient down that hallway. But I didn't ask for any help, so I can't be mad about that. But everything else was fantastic besides that. Thank you.
Dr Dahr was able to get Dr Kim to see me right away, which was the best Dr for my condition. Excellent !
Waiting time was a little longer that I expected but no complain here as I got an appointment in less than a week. I would have liked assistants to explain more about tests that were taken and care. My pupils were dilated for a long time and I had difficulties to drive at night.
Great staff all did a very good job.and with a smile. Dr. Dar had excellent understanding of my husband's problem. We appreciated his willingness to share information , For our better understanding..thanks
All medical staff treat patients with great professionalism and love.
I had a really good experience. Everything was rapid. Every nurse, the doctor explained exactly to me what, I had got the information I wanted. [...] But overall, I would, I mean, I love the service. I wish, Dr. Freder was part of the Aetna CVS network, because I was looking forward to my appointment today. [...]
Great care provided
Everyone was extremely courteous and knowledgeable.
The doctors and assistants were all exceptional.
Dr Dahr is the best as always ! I value his opinion and expertise. The team members are well trained, friendly and work cohesively. There was minimum waiting !
Dr. Dahr was empathetic and complete. He performed a complete history and evaluation explaining what he was doing along the way. I was reassured by his candor and knowledge.
While sitting in the waiting room, someone should be able to let you know how long it will be before you're to be seen by someone.
This was the first time I met Dr. Dahr. The exam was thorough and was explained well before and after each test. I was very pleased with my visit.
Provide more room in the waiting area. Covid isn't over and we were pushed together with very little space between us. Even without Covid, it was uncomfortable.
Last visit I waited 2 hrs for the Dr. With no explanation or communication from staff or apology from physician for wait. Altogether there were 3 hours of my time I can't get back. If I had been told there would be such a wait I could have rescheduled.
I like this place
Great staff from the back office to medical staff. I really feel confident with Dr Dahr - he is just the best
The staff was very professional and friendly.
The doctor was excellent, but the waiting time was extremely bad. We waited too many hours, and I don't understand why some people who arrived after us were allowed to go in first. The nurse who put the drops in my son's eyes didn't explain the side effects. My son couldn't see, and we were all worried because one of the side effects was that he would have difficulty seeing for the next 6 hours, but she didn't mention anything about it. I think that was very unprofessional. It would be excellent if the nurses could explain the side effects after putting the drops in the eyes. Thank you.
