He took his time not only explaining things to myself but to my daughter also. He was very thorough. Great personality.
Upon entering the waiting area I was immediately invited to check in by a very sweet receptionist. Check-in was less than 10 seconds. Nurse Victoria asked me to come to an exam room. She is also sweet and happy to see us. Dr. Brown is a very sincere gentleman, knows how to treat patients and takes the proper amount of time necessary for a complete visit. Just a great guy!

I am so impressed with this doctor. I didn't know what to expect. Going to a new doctor, and when he first came in I thought...oh he is so young, but boy did he surprise me, he was the absolute best. I have never felt more unheard from a provider. I sent in paperwork that is necessary for my work to secure my job. I gave amble time. In addition to having to wait an entire week for a STAT CT scan. I am now being told that since I have to see a specialist I am no longer their patient and the specialist in Katy has to fill out my FMLA paperwork. After speaking to them I am being told that even after being seen 3/19 It's. 7-10 business days for paperwork to be done. I stressed multiple times how important this is. I cried on the phone call because of how stressed I am. So in addition to being in pain because of incompetency I could loose my job. I am not asking for much. I am asking for a piece of paper! I already told the MA and the doctor the dates are flexible. I stressed multiple times regarding the deadline of 3/22. Is this how you treat your patients? Is this what you consider great customer service?? I will see what happens 3/19 but considering my experience so far I have serious doubts. Please explain to me how you plan to resolve this?
The entire staff is very friendly and professional, they provided me with a translator quickly when I needed one. I would definitely recommend this clinic and all of its staff.

The lady who answered the phone knew I was new to Texas. She had a cancellation for that afternoon and slipped me in at! All of the staff was so nice and Dr. Brown did a great job explaining everything to me and my husband. He has us with a follow up appointment in one week. I would highly recommend him.

My visit was fast and helpful. The office staff is always courteous and efficient. Dr. Brown very quickly and accurately Diagnosed me and gave physical Therapy recommendations that in a few short days has reduced my pain 50%. I look forward to my future appointment.

I was actually pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and timeliness of everything. I felt like they really listened. They really cared and quite honestly I was extremely pleased with how quickly everything went from check-in to x-rays to the doctor being called in and his diagnosis it was really a good visit. Please keep it up because this is awesome.
