Medical assistant was neutral, did not introduce herself, used the wrong cuff size for my blood pressure. Front desk individual did not listen to my concerns.
Everything was great
Everyone at the Clinic was very nice, very professional. They were thoughtful of me as the Patient. If you practice being kind to others no matter what their walk is in life, You'll go very far in your life. Believe me kindness has a ripple affect as it should.

Roshunda and the nurse were both attentive, kind, and compassionate. I felt very comfortable with both ladies.
When the nurse did my vitals and my medication. I knew right then and there I didn't make a mistake visiting this facility. Dr Steele did a thorough examination. Also informed me on what to do if I should have any complications. My visit was a pleasure one.
I saw that the provider left notes about checking my abdomen but she never checked my abdomen. Unless just physically looking at me counts. She was kind but she did seem rushed but was still informative.
