Dr. Sass was sick so I saw his nurse practitioner for a med check up. Dr. Sass is my primary urologist and I trust him. I will return to see him in 3 months instead of 12 months as the nurse practitioner suggested.
Felt it was not worth the trip or time.

I always under excellent care on every visit, starting from Dr Dereska, Robyn, the assistant and front desk all very friendly. They always make me feel very comfortable and easy to communicate, it's a great clinic with great team.

Yes, I was fully informed of everything, but I was told that if I had any questions or anything, come up to call back, and it did. And I called back and had to leave a message for Nurse Practitioner Robin, but I have yet to receive the response. I did experience when I wiped that evening and the next morning a little pinkish, so I figured I was bleeding somewhere, and I was waiting to get a response back from that, and I even have further questions that my job is hard for me to try to call except for during lunch, and if I can't reach anybody, nobody's called me back yet. So anyway, yes, I need someone to call me so I can get further concerns responded to.

I really enjoyed talking to ROBYN Halbrook and felt she listened to my concerns and didn't rush me. She gave me some helpful tips and what to do if I continue having issues with UTIs.
