This provider always sees me when I need help.
They took me in as quick as possible to get urine sample and into a room to be seen. They were considerate of me seeing that I wasn't well.
I believe I could have gotten the same information using a video call instead of having to drive across town to get to that appointment. I prefer video visits for my needs.
Everyone always makes my visit a good experience. I had the wrong appointment time and receptionist worked to work me in. The nurse and Robyn spent time listening to my issues and uplifted my spirits by the time I left.
The entire staff is exceptionally helpful & knowledgeable.

Dr. Sass was sick so I saw his nurse practitioner for a med check up. Dr. Sass is my primary urologist and I trust him. I will return to see him in 3 months instead of 12 months as the nurse practitioner suggested.
Felt it was not worth the trip or time.

Dr. Halbrook was very nice and made me feel comfortable talking about the issues I had. She actually listened to what I had to say and I didn't feel rushed to get out of the room.
