I always have a great experiment with the staff the nurses even with my doctor Beach she is so incredible. I love her so much.

Robin and Twilla are the best. They have always treated me with the utmost care and understanding and know my health history and needs to the penny. I depend on them and believe in their care 100%. They are the best.

Dr. Hardwicke is first class in every category.She communicates clearly and succinctly and she listens to what you have to say.She makes sure that you have all of your questions answered before you go and she tells you clearly what she is going to do. I give her the highest rating

I waited 25 min to get a lab draw. There were 2 phlebotomists however with a difficult patient it took both of them. My lab draw took 5 min. Perhaps someone could have cone and assisted to prevent the back up of patients awaiting those lab draws

I just want to let you guys know that Dr. Robin Hardwicke, and the staff there, because I went through a situation, [...], and they make sure that they separated me from him. And I really appreciate her talking to me, and also she's setting up with a psychiatrist to help me through this. I'm very, very appreciative to everybody. I almost lost my life during that situation, but they all gathered around me, and the person that was there, he didn't realize why everybody was pushing him away from me, but I figured something was going on. And then when I got into the room, I was treated with compassion and care, and Dr. Hardwood asked me, did he have any other questions?

I am so happy UT physicians Houston. It started with the dermatologist, that I went to a general practitioner, then I went to a cardiologist, now I'm going to a specialist and who is going to be my primary care, doctor, and I couldn't be happier. So far every single physician, nurse, everyone has been top-notch stellar.

I know Dr. Hardwicke is very busy but she stopped to address my concerns botg spoken and unspoken, some concerns she just picked up on and addresed them on the spot. I felt heard. She asked the hard questions that I didn't want asked but I needed to hear myself answer. The biggest takeaway is that she normalized my fear and almost took it away. I have been under her care for several years, and she's always been great, but yesterday I walked away different. If you are reading this, Dr. Hardwicke, thank you for all you do. You are so great at it, not just the experience in your field but the human experience.

Everyone I encountered was very kind and made me feel very welcome. I've been a protege of Dr. Hardwicke almost 10 years and she really shows interest in my health.
