Robin L. Beach, PhD, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner providing specialized HIV care to all patients, as well as pregnant women with HIV, and those seeking to prevent HIV and other STIs. She strives to promote healthy outcomes and disease prevention. Her patients have grown with her and prospered in healthy living.
Beach is a professor at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston and has an adjunct appointment at Cizik School of Nursing at UTHealth Houston. She sees clinical patients and performs research and educational training of medical students, residents, and nurse practitioner students at UT Physicians Multispecialty — Bellaire Station.
She received her Master of Science in nursing from The University of Texas Medical Branch and her doctorate in nursing from Texas Woman’s University. For more than two decades, she has provided clinical care to adults living with and without HIV at UT Physicians.
Beach has selflessly volunteered her time and expertise each year, providing free medical care to those in rural Guatemala.
Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her daughter, husband, and friends, finding what love and life have to offer. She also enjoys traveling to new places and reading the latest updates in HIV care management.
