Robert Feldman, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist who treats adult and pediatric glaucoma cases.
He graduated from Chicago Medical School in 1986 and completed his residency at the University of California at San Diego in 1992. He obtained his fellowship in glaucoma at Baylor College of Medicine in 1993.
He treats people of all ages and speaks English and Spanish.

Sheila at the appointment desk with two other ladies are so professional, always with a smile, and greets by your name and make it personal.... Outstanding.... Also and so awesome is the lady in the corner office opposite Dr Feldman in the blue station ... my Lord... when I experienced her actually working helping patients not asking but seeing help was needed and got busy ?? Then I saw her working in the green station... She is also greeter with patients by name always with a smile...someone cares about us seniors (compassionate). At the same time saying what's the problem... Time with Dr Feldman has gotten soooo much better and I told him and his staff personally... keep it up?? Take care Doc Feldman you are unreplaceable.... We love you??????
I'm very satisfied with the care I am given on every visit. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dr Feldman always takes the time to talk about any concerns and questions I might have.
Great doc and staff. While eye exams are not always a great experience, this team does a great job. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
The time wait is slow
Dr Feldman is an excellent doctor. He has treated me with expert skills and kindness for the many (around 25) years i have known him.
The office is always so busy, it would be great if UTH could not stack quite as many appointments.
I know there are emergencies, etc but less waiting past appt time if possible.
The front desk check in was phenomenal since this is where you pay. Once I went to the Green station no one was available to intake you. Once they arrived they took your paperwork and stated be seat. In the past a basket was there to place your sheet in upside down. This process needs to come back. My appt was at 7:30 with a 20 minutes arrival. Once they started calling patient they called the last person instead of me the 7:30 appointment. We had to call this attention to the lady in which she stated we just pick up the paperwork. Parking is very expensive in this building and this is not fair that I didn't leave until after 9am. This clinic has got to do better. This is not my first time with this issue.
Was a good experience
I am grateful to be able to be treated by Dr Feldman and the UT staff. They are all kind, thorough and competent. Dr Feldman is so helpful. I consider him to be quite thorough, practical and down to earth. Thank you all.
I always use the doctor's title in front of his/her last name. A doctor in rotation addressed me by my first name and I'm old enough to be his mother. Yes, he is a doctor and I respect that. Respect should be both ways in an introduction.
This visit was a little better. I only stayed above an hour and half. Better

Staff is always courteous and professional. They were very good communicating yesterday regarding doctor's emergency surgery , asking patients if they wanted to wait and giving approximate wait time. They also paid patient parking for staying longer.
I trust Dr. Feldman because I've witness his expertise in action. I've watched is practice grow...
Great staff
Dr Feldman always takes time to make sure I understand my care. This appointment he went out of his way to help me be able to transfer to our new location. We are moving to Omaha and he took the time to check on the new doctor to be sure she will be able to take care of me. He is a great doctor!
I drove in from Humble for an 8:45 appointment only to find that I had not been informed that Dr Feldman was out ill. I did see his fellow after 10 am. She was good but could not do the procedure that needed to be done. After being here long enough to pay $18 in parking and learn that I have to come back for the procedure I need. As always everyone was very helpful and pleasant.
Dr. Feldman is excellent. I know that seeing him is going to take time but that's because he is so thorough. I'm lucky to have his services as my Doctor.
They were very helpful in fitting me into their schedule.
Dr. Feldman and his tech and his resident were excellent. They spoke to me, they explained things, particularly Dr. Feldman spent a lot of time with me and was really clear on my options and what, you know, what the outcome would be and I asked him for specific things and he said, yeah, we can do that and so I was very happy with them. Thank you.

Every visit has been excellent. All the people from reception to Dr Feldman are very caring and provide the best service time and time again.
My appointment was scheduled at 1:30pm, but I didn't see Dr Feldman until 5pm. Why is the waiting time always so long?
The overbooking of the past has been much or mostly reduced for the first time in several years.
