Every visit has been excellent. All the people from reception to Dr Feldman are very caring and provide the best service time and time again.
My appointment was scheduled at 1:30pm, but I didn't see Dr Feldman until 5pm. Why is the waiting time always so long?
The overbooking of the past has been much or mostly reduced for the first time in several years.
Dr Feldman is great!
There is always average of 2 hours wait time to be seen by Dr Feldman. This happens all the time every appointment . This is very tiring for seniors like me and my husband. We really like Dr Feldman - he is a great caring doctor . But please do something about the wait time.
I was to be 20 minutes early, so I was there 30 minutes early at 7:05am and left at 9:17am and the doctor spent like 6 minutes checking my eyes pressure and said ok see you next month. That was 2 hours waiting...
Dr. Feldman has been my glaucoma specialist for 29 years. He saved my vision in 1996 and has continued to do so!
It was a good visit
Everyone was kind, helpful and informative except for the young lady that did my field test and another test. I felt like she rushed as much as she could. She wiped everything down, adjusted the chin rest for the field test but did not ask if it was comfortable. She started the test so fast I didn't have time to tell her I felt like I was angled instead of looking straight forward. I also didn't know if the blurry light was from the eye drops previously administered or something different. As soon as the test was done she stated we were going into another room, told me to put my chin on the chin rest and said don't blink. I had no idea what we were doing or why the test was being administered. Very disappointed there was no communication nor friendly chatter. :>(
2 large tvs were installed in the green station but neither was turned on. there is only 1 women restroom now that new surgery suite was built. it is totally inconvenient to go to 19th floor for additional restrooms. in the diagnostic area for OTC picture tests, the tech did not wipe down the chin rest with alcohol in front of me. despite signs being up that say if you havent been updated within 15 minutes, i was not talked to in either the green or blue stations
Appt at 9, got dialated and did visual field and scan quickly. Saw physician at 11.
The doctor did not know my complete history because it was my first visit with him and I did not bring my record in writing. I agreed to send that information via email and we did not talk about any treatment because the first step was to change my drops to a new medication. After a month we will talk about it. My experience was very pleasant and satisfactory. I am definitely very happy that Dr. Feldman treated me and is now in charge of my medical case.
Dr. Feldman is a great doctor and he's really helped me a lot. As my glaucoma was beginning to get really bad, and he came up with the right medications to help me, and my numbers are much better now. I respect and admire Dr. Feldman very much. Thank you.

Please replace old vhaors with tape & cushion material. falling out. Pay more attention to comfortable chairs for those having testing done. The area resembles a thIrd world clinic. Poor presentation to clients.
- Difficult to get an appointment - The appointment took more than 4 hours. I was called in for the first time after more than 1 hr of waiting - The doctor was very nice but the entire process is broken. There was no communication about the wait time. - The doctor discovered an error in previous prescription. - The clinic seems to be severely understaffed for many years. - People are nice and caring.

I feel that the wait time is too long for the visit. There's definitely a need for assistance in the office to help the doctor each time I visit my visit gets longer and longer so concerned about that and plus the longer you're there the more you're paying for parking in the garage so I'm not only concerned about myself, but people who are unlimited income, who can afford to keep paying for parking for that long period of time

The technicians in the testing area in blue station where the field of vision studies are done need to work on how they explain the procedure & the "instructions" to patients. I've had this testing twice in the past year, and neither one of the technicians explained it fully; causes patient confusion & renders the test data as inaccurate
Dr. Feldman is the best. I have been going to him for years, and feel very blessed to have him for my doctor.
Wait time is still too long.
Every visit to this clinic is a frustrating experience. While I have no issue with Dr. Feldman and the team, I had to spend at least three hours in the clinic from check-in to check-out. Of this time, I only spent 5-10 minutes on Facetime with Dr. Feldman, and the rest of the time was spent waiting for nothing (despite arriving on time). I strongly believe this can be improved in terms of time management, just like what I experienced with other doctor's visits.
Dr. Feldman and his staff are excellent professionals. The eyes are a delicate issue for most of us; trust in our professionals is key. Dr. Feldman treated my aging mother, my husband, and now me. I work for Texas A&M, and I have shared my experience with Dr. Feldman. This has resulted in two clients for Dr. Feldman who have been with him for approximately 3 years.
It was very good. I have expressed my appreciation to the staff and the patients that recommend Dr. ROBERT FELDMAN.
