I love going to Dr. Al-Dallal
My health has improved since I met Dr Al-Dallal I like to thank her so very much
Dr. Al-Dallal and her staff are exceptional.
She is a very good doctor and has helped us a lot.
Since UTHealth departments (medical providers, billing, IT support, etc.) don't talk to each other, it's more than difficult to resolve any issues that involve more than one department. Though I like Dr. Al-Dallal, I am wondering whether I should try to find another system altogether.
Dr. Al-Dallal is always very thorough. I never feel rushed when talking to her. She asks for my questions and provides answers I understand. I appreciate her.

Excellent care. Customer service and the office staff, beyond belief. Quick check-in, and Dr. Al-Dallal is great. She's helping me with my control of my hormones and also osteoporosis, and she gave me options so I would say definitely. In fact, I have recommended her to other people and coworkers. So yes, it's a great facility. Easy check-in, easy check-out, great lab, great doctors. I'm satisfied, really satisfied. Have a blessed day. Thank you.

This office was not very organized and had a hard time getting a prescription filled. I've been working on a prescription since [...][...] and today is now [...][...] and I still do not have my prescription completed. So I just wanted to let you know that I am not very happy with the service I've gotten until [...] when I went physically to an appointment to talk to them about that. Thank you very much.

Check-in was really fast and friendly. Wait time wasn't too bad. And Dr. Al-Dallal is one of the best doctors I've ever had an experience with. I feel she really cares and understands my issues and health problems and is doing her best to provide and find solutions to resolve these issues and also just providing caring and support. And it feels like she really has an interest in making sure that I get well and stay healthy, and that's really important. And she's really great, and I can't say enough great things about her.
This is a wonderful office. The front office and the back office staff is great. In the doctor is the most wonderful person in the world.
I really like the doctor, she was very informative and easy to talk to. I really appreciate her explaining to me about some questions that I have had for a while. I wish that she could be my primary care physician.
How can I tell whether the provider's care package will provide the desired results after the very first visit? A bit premature to ask.
