Dr. Mathew is just awesome! Every time I see her, she takes as much time for my questions as needed and never seems as if she's in a hurry (although I know she is SO busy!). She is VERY thorough, including the support of the Fellow Dr. She makes me feel better about my health issues, as a result!! Thank you!!!

Waited two hours after my appointment, want to pay my my payment for service and couldn't because at the time they refused to expect my money. Also when I got home and trying to pay my bill, I have trouble getting through to Billing to pay.

I had an appointment fr 2:15. Arrived at 1:20pm confusion about time of appointment. Asked a couple of times why I waited, was told not working for my doctor but would ask and no one came back. Waited longer, then asked front desk was told I should have said something which I did. Finally called back around 3:50. My Blood sugar was dropping another doctor came and asked lots of questions about my issues checked CPAP machine. Still waiting for doctor nurse said she had emergency patient. My doctor finally came to see me called [office manager] to speak with me and said because she was so busy was transferring me to another doctor in her office. Gave me snacks and I finally left around 4 pm. I would have felt better if I were rescheduled to a better time and if someone had told me the doctor was backed up and had no rooms available

Dr. Mathew was very amazing. She helped me a lot. Really, she did. Thank you.

I felt the doctor was telling me to find another provider because she had other patients who had higher priorities and I would always have to have long waits to see her.
