While I am aware wait times are to be expected we arrived at around 2:45 for an appointment but we didn't end the appointment until close to 5:00. The majority of this time was spent waiting. When we did see the doctor we spent very little time as it was a brief discussion. This is not the first time the majority of our time has been spent waiting for a very brief appointment. It's just frustrating when we spend so long in a room only to see the doctor then leave in such a short time. As repetitive as this might be please work on communicating how long the wait might be.

My daughter's positive experience with Dr. Beyda began in YWBD clinic and continued with this followup in the AM clinic. We were both blessed by the whole AM team's generous and kind care this visit, from [...]'s warm welcome at the front desk, to nurse [...]'s cheerful handling of the intake, to resident Dr. [...]'s careful and compassionate care in the initial very thorough interview and physical exam, to Dr. Beyda's incisive response to all the new information as well as our questions and concerns, to [...] at the front desk making sure we had all the information we needed even at the very end of her day, to [...] with Quest administering the most capable and even enjoyable blood draw my daughter has ever had, also at the end of her own very long day! I've never experienced such consistently positive care in any doctor's office, where every member of staff contributed so significantly to the overall feeling of being heard and seen, valued and cared for. My daughter and I are both grateful for her having access to this care, and we commend and thank Dr. Beyda and all these wonderful members of her staff! May they each be rewarded for a job well done!!!

I know my daughter is 15 years old but I'm her mother. I know what is best for her and it didn't seem like what I said had matter. I don't like how things are being kept away from me because of her age. Why ask my child if she wanted to get a test done if I'm the one who is asking for it to be done. I have a say on what go on with my child and I don't appreciate how that visit went. If this keeps happening I'm thinking about changing my daughter Dr. It feels like the Dr are against me as a parent.

I would like more availability in appointments with the specialist, 2 months is a long wait.
