Everything is very exceptional for one of the things that makes me love this country: medicine.

To not automatically schedule x-rays before seeing doctor. For us, it would have been an unnecessary cost and test. I knew ahead of time to deny having it done when we arrived but a lot of people don't know that it may be subject to the deductible and in this case, no even necessary so felt like that's just a way for practice to charge the insurance. Other than that, the PA we saw was wonderful and really liked her, her bedside manner, professionalism and the time spent with us. We will definitely come back and refer her to others.

I'm glad to meet this facility

Two women at the checkout desk were extremely rude about somebody in the area having gas. They sprayed scent in the air and made rude comments. It was very catchy.

Rebecca took the time to listen to our story and athletic background. She was thorough and explained things well. I felt that she was genuinely concerned about the injury and mapped out possible treatment plans. I feel confident with her as the treating PA and would highly recommend UT physicians.
