I highly recommend Dr Camarillo & have returned to him & recommended him
He is a very good doctor
The doctor was very comprehensive. He was good with communicating with me, the treatment plan. And the staff was helpful, but they kind of hurry you off. And so a little bit of patience is needed with the staff. That's about it.
I wish all my doctors could be at this location
It was a great experience from beginning to end. I enjoyed the check-in. Prior to arriving, I was seen immediately and the doctor was fantastic.
Dr. Camarillo took the time to show me exactly what was happening on x-rays and went through full range of motion, helping me understand exactly what was going on my shoulders. And for that, I'm very grateful.
Dr. Camarillo was thorough and explained every step of the way. The staff was great
Dr Camarillo and his staff are always friendly, professional and thorough. I recommend any chance I get for anyone needing and Ortho.
Everyone is patient and respectful and courteous and I always had a short time to wait for the doctor, and he's seen me almost sometimes pretty much immediately upon my appointment time. It has been very nice. Thank you.
Dr. Camarillo was very kind and professional. I feel like I'm under excellent care.
I had to wait an extra 2 weeks before I could be seen. Other than that Dr. Camarillo is great.
The whole group was very efficient and gave great care!
Every single person I encountered made me feel like I was the only patient they were going to see today. Could not have been more pleased as a consumer. What a fantastic culture.
Hi, everything went absolutely wonderful. I just wanted to leave this message because I made a mistake on the last two questions that were from 1 to 10. The first question was supposed to be a 10. I just hit 1.
I was so impressed that Dr. Camarillo talked with me as opposed to talking at me as some other providers have done.
They get you in and out you do not spend a lot of time waiting
Really bad experience with Dr Camarillo did not wanted to review all the pain area he just focus one part and he did not made a proper examination on my injury.
Dr. Camarillo explained the MRI and took care to make sure I understood his recommendations. He was caring, friendly and supportive.
As I mentioned in my Google review (under pseudo Cam Rey) I paid $336 cash for a 45 minute new patient visit with Dr. Camarillo. The Dr. saw me for no more than 10 minutes not even 15. Yes he was polite and discussed my x-rays with me. No dispute there. But he was definitely rushing me to exit our appointment and practically walking out of the door before I could formulate and ask any follow up questions. He did not even ask if I had any additional questions or concerns. He told me he would be right back with some information for me, so I figured I would ask my questions when he returned, but he sent the information back with the medical assistant who could not answer my questions. And why is the MA the one telling me the actual diagnosis is "GIRD". The doctor should be the one to tell me that initially and explain to me exactly what it is and how it occurs. That is what I paid $336 for. All he told me was at some point I must have overextended my arm, it caused tightness in my shoulder, and now I need to go to therapy. Thats it. That is taking short and sweet to another level. He could've spent a little bit more time with me to go into GIRD. I should've left my appointment knowing what GIRD was and not have to go home to Google it and YouTube it. I was a new patient and per the CPT code on my quote that allotted me 45 minutes. I only needed 5 more. I told him that I am self-pay so that would need to be considered when Im looking for a PT. He could not care less. But I did not get the chance to ask what do I do in the interim while Im in search of a PT? Are there exercises I can do at home in between PT? What is the best way to sleep? Should I use KT tape to immobilize my arm to relieve pain or the complete opposite and keep the shoulder mobile and work through the pain? What is common everyday knowledge to him to those questions, is not common knowledge to the patient. We all know what we know in what we specialize in. The check out clerk she was not rude or impolite, however, she seemed like the type that listens to respond and not to understand, therefore, not grasping what I am asking, therefore, could not properly assist and answer my questions. I felt as if she was rushing me as well. She just wanted to check me out and send me on my way. By this time I was frustrated with both her and the doctor, so I just let it go and left because I could see I was getting nowhere. They are running this office like a free clinic. Get you in get your money get you out. I came here because Dr. Christian Ibanez in the Cypress office treated me for my hand injury back in October and I felt he was very caring and professional. He did not make me feel rushed and took time to answer my questions. So I came back to the UT facility expecting the same service. But that did not happen and I was highly disappointed. So I will not return to see Dr. Camarillo. No follow up appointment needed thank you. Why would I waste my money if he does not ha [Truncated]
Everyone was very nice and respectful, very good people
Very friendly and professional environment
Loved the whole experience from facility to nurses and doctor
GREAT!
Every one was respectful.
Dr Camarillo was fantastic-didn't sugarcoat anything, but also didn't create me for not taking care of my injury sooner. He did an excellent job explaining my options and next steps.
The front desk receptionist was AMAZING! Very friendly and attentive!
Dr. Camarillo was hands down amazing. This was a time in my daughter and her family's life when she had this unexpected accident that it was very difficult, very hard, a lot of, leaving a lot of things about her future up in question. And he was so empathetic, so quick with his response, so caring, so understanding. It was just an amazing experience. And so her recovery to us is so much more encouraging because of our experience with Dr. Camarillo. Thank you so much.
Very informed staff. Dr. Camarillo makes you feel comfortable. Overall great visit. Answers questions with ease
The entire team was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend doctor & his staff. Best doctor visit experience.
Dr. Camarillo was very personable and took his time with us. Wait time was non existent. Very positive visit.
