We always have a great experience at UT Physicians.
Dr. Kharouf helped me a lot. He's a very good doctor. I recommend everyone to take his children if he has a problem to him. He's so smart and even the team like him and say very good things about him. I hope for him the best. Thank you.
We are so thankful to Dr. Kharouf and the entire staff for their incredible care and attention. From the folks at the front desk to the wonderful nurses, everyone here is AMAZING. All of the nurses are involved even if they are not seeing you that day and they will go out of their way to make you comfortable and that means a lot to us. My son loves Dr. Kharouf and so do we. After our last visit while walking to the car we both remarked how lucky we were to have them. We feel like we are going to see family every visit. I cannot say enough good things about this entire office. Thank you so much for everything.
Dr. Kharouf listens very well to my daughter and responds in a very polite, appropriate manner.
I had a concern and when I tried to ask questions I was completely discounted and pretty much ignored. When I tried to explain why I was concerned, I was shut down and talked to like I was incompetent. I almost stood up and walked out at that moment. Everyone else but the doctor was great. He needs to work on bedside manner. It's ok to have a medical opinion. It's not ok to ignore parent's concerns and to treat them like they're incompetent especially when he was the one who was obviously uninformed about the concern, not me.
