Hello, my name is [...]. I am the patient's son. The patient's name is [...]. Overall, the care provided at the appointment time with Dr. Harry Aran was excellent. However, we still have not gotten the after-visit summary. That's something that my mother would like to see and read because the doctor did provide some verbal instructions for at-home care and for follow-up appointments. And we don't see that anywhere on the portal, online portal. So we would like to get a hard copy of that. I was told at the time of the appointment that the after-visit summary would be provided once the doctor signed off on it. But apparently, he has not. So we would like to get a hold of that so that we can keep it for our records.
I love Hariharan. He's been taking care of me for years and he's always done an excellent job. He cares.
I was very impressed with the level of attention and care that was given to a new patient that was a last minute appointment (referred by another physician).
Dr. H was very thorough along with his NPs, Anam Virani, NP and Chris Patterson, NP. They were informative, provided next steps and took time to examine and listen to me. I would highly recommend this team!

Then CJ followed with a message in MyChart answering my remaining questions. This team in College Station creates an inviting atmosphere with positive energy.

Was told to show up 20 minutes before scheduled time. And did! Front entrance door wouldn't open, nobody around, raining! Found side employee entrance, climb stairs go to suite 208, locked. Knocked on door, no response! Waited in hall outside door. Try to call telephone number on outside door, recording said number disconnected. Door opens at nearly 8:00 20 minutes after I was told to show up. After that all was OK.
Looking forward to having my afib ablation with Dr. Hariharan.

The physicians on staff are some of the best in the entire world, hence the recommendation to recommend this facility to family and friends. There is no doubt the physicians are the best and the result of any procedure will hane the best outcome possible. Praises to the doctorate/physician team for their expert knowledge and "mechanical" skills...the best! The immediate physicians team and staff are also extremely good and do their job well and with care for the patient. Where this facility falls short, and I mean a very low bar, is the business and administrative aspect. Running the business and managing the patient experience, is some of the lowest in the industry. Expectations should be set, which would resolve much of the issues that a patient experiences. Very simple...set expectations. The non-chalant approach by the receptionist was sufficient to make us want to leave before we even met with the medical team. The medical care and physician and, immediate physicians specific team (Chris & Natalie) part of your team, are absolutely best-in-class. Wonderful and knowledgeable helpful people. The business side and the administrative side of the group, receives an "F" for failure in execution. We always return to Memorial Hermann/UT Physicians because of the doctors. Tje business side of your business, needs a complete overhaul and rework.
