Although I enjoyed the care provided by both physicians, the length of my wait time was too long even considering the education of an awesome resident.
I was so extremely grateful for the attendant (whose name I forgot) it may be Ascensio. He has the absolute best bedside manner. He made me feel like a person if that makes sense. He stayed with me for I'm not sure how long but it was a while and he listened to everything I said and was so meticulous in his notes and receiving my medical history. I felt like all my problem and worries he actually cared about and would make sure the best care was provided. I didn't spend as long with Dr. Gandhi but she was also waste and friendly and made me feel like I was in the best of hands. I have problems with going to the doctor but if they are my care team it actually makes me look forward to my future visits.
I was 20 minutes early as asked. I did not leave the office until 2hrs after my scheduled appt. It was entirely too much time spent waiting.

I am going to try & send the dr a msg regarding 3 questions I have about a prescription & 2 orders. I hope your system is set up to help patients complete their appointment
The wait time was way longer than past visits. It took over an hour to get vitals and it usually takes less.
Everything went well
The staff were all very kind and took the time to listen to what I was feeling and did not make me feel like I was making everything up
I got there early and I was seen I got in and got out early I know it's not like that all the time but it's nice to know if there's not many people there they will go ahead and see me.

Facilities and staff are great! App is useful and provides a lot of crucial information. The only con is that usually appointments get booked quickly so I have a 3-week wait time to schedule an appointment

Well, I did like the way the doctors and staff treated me, and they did seem to be very, very professional. I liked your clinic, the way it looked, and it looked pretty clean and pretty orderly. Like I said, I do like the professionalism of your people. They were very, very open to my problems, my health, and I appreciate that very much. It's like they read my mind, everything I wanted to ask, and they seemed to know me, and they messaged and thorough check up on my background, that it was just excellent. Everything was excellent, and I was really pleased.
