It all went well
Staff was not very helpful. I am still waiting on follow up information and scheduling.
Everyone was very nice and kind very satisfied
Great explanation n conversation Thank you to all the Doctors, nursing staff n front desk staff It's a great experience on every visit to visit UT PHYSICIANS at Cinco Ranch Blvd location
Just awesome all the way.
Dr. Mutha and his staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I know that I am in good hands with them.
Hi there. The overall experience was fantastic, from the front desk to the nurse and of course Dr. Pritesh. It was very well organized and I think he was very knowledgeable. He was able to articulate what's happening with me and also give a proper solution plan. So I really appreciate how much of thought he's put on this and I really appreciate the time and the support given everything that's happening. Thank you again.
The provider spent most of appointment discussing becoming Vegan more than procedure I was referred to him for. He didn't discuss future visit after procedure based upon findings said we didn't need to discuss it yet because of the risks Just said front office would call me to schedule visit in 1-2 weeks He did not examine me, just talked while I sat in chair in office I am seeking 2nd opinion
Everybody that I met at the doctor's office were welcoming and they answered my questions and they showed me where to go and they were very courteous.
I have seen a few doctors recently and he is one that took time to actually talk to me and explain things.
My doc.was good with his service and the receptionist keep up with the Good work
The doctor, Dr Mutha, was so attentive and helped me figure out how I could lose weight adding smoothies to to eating plan. I think it will really help. The NP was very nice & gathered a lot of info from me to convey to the doctor before he talked to me. Good visit.
Every body was well aware what they were doing and well took care . Thanks to all
Muchas gracias por sus servicios!!
Very thorough and comprehensive
Dr. Mutha and his staff were polite, listened, treated me with respect and were very professional and knowledgeable about my health condition and treatment.
I felt rushed. [..] I left with some handouts but nothing very extensive about specific diet. Also Dr said come back in 2 months but he wasn't available for 4 months!!!
Dr.pritesh mutha is very educated and gets straight down to the problem.very patient and respectful.
My Dr wants to improve my health
Dr Mutha was very caring took his time with me and answered all my questions and concerns made me feel very comfortable I would highly recommend him
The doctor listened and gave me good advice.
Everything was great, very pleasant, very happy with the service.
I am very dissatisfied with the callback for scheduling appointments. I used this provider as an emergency room doctor, so it was not by choice. And I am still waiting on a callback to schedule another procedure that needs to be done, and I have now been waiting a week. So I'm really not satisfied with the level of communication from the office, not the physician. Again, that is the communication from the office and the scheduling, not the physician himself. He was very thorough. He was very informative. However, I cannot say the same for his nursing staff and his scheduling staff. Thank you.
Great staff ...... Doctor Mutha is awesome. I would definitely recommend
Dr. Mutha was very kind, listened, appreciated all his time, but he made a prescription that he told me to contact [...] if I cannot afford it, which I cannot, like $2,000 a month. Contacted her immediately to see what our next step is because meanwhile I'm feeling worse and worse and I have not heard back. This is the history I've run into, although he seems like a wonderful doctor, the staff has been horrendous to deal with. I've left numerous, numerous messages, calls, and I rarely hear back from him. Extremely disappointed in that part, but I'd love to work with him to get to the bottom of my issues.
Very friendly staff
I love Dr. Mutha, but his support staff, Schedulers, receptionist leave little to be desired. Communication is terrible.
Very nice staff, nurse and doctor.
Thank you for all of your care and concern. Thank you for the opportunity to make video calls.
The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional as they treated me with the utmost respect concerning my medical symptoms and genuinely wanted to help determine the best treatment.
