Dr. Prathap Joseph is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). Dr. Joseph’s primary focus is caring for patients recovering from traumatic brain injury and neurotrauma.
Dr. Joseph is an active member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Association of Academic Physiatrists. He has also received several awards and honors throughout his career including but not limited to: TIRR Memorial Hermann’s 2011 Physician of the Year, 2014 Dean’s Teaching Excellence Award, and Houstonia Magazine’s Top Doctors for 2013 and 2014.
When Dr. Joseph is not caring for his patients, he enjoys going on morning runs.
